Tried again a year later.. still slow and wrong service. Gave me someone else's order then had to wait another 15 min for two items when no one else was ahead of me still.

Tried this location twice.. got a dirty chai that basically tasted like milk for $8. Second time got a drip coffee that was not hot and tasted old and gross. For the price and brand name you expect quality and consistency. The staff was very nice but that's the only good thing about this store.

Asked for a tall Frappuccino for a child, so no coffee. Lady made it decaf and argued, saying it had no coffee. I said I asked for a small child so you would figure she would have understood. The management was great about handling the situation

This location "was" a great place for a tasty concoction but it has dropped in customer and timely service. Had to wait 20 minutes past my estimated pickup time, not super busy by any means like how the better stores get at other locations. And the drink ordered wasn't even close to what was placed through the app. Too late to turn around, once out the door and on my way for other business. In all regards, it was a freebie but should a drink be wrong even if I only used my accumulated stars, it's the same as a form of payment and 200 stars takes some time to acquire!? The Paseo location is under renovation and will open soon but not soon enough?

Today I went through the drive through and got my drink. My drink was bitter and not what it was supposed to be. I called and Sean assured me I could come in and get it remade so I did! Then my remake was the exact same way horribly bitter and not what it was supposed to be. No fault to Sean here he did a wonderful job in helping me out and his concern was genuine. However my drinks both times were not good which is why I have to give them 3 stars if the drink was on point it would’ve been a 5 star review all the way. Sean is wonderful and helped me out today with a smile on his face!

I have tried this location four times in the past four months. The first time they gave me the wrong drink with the correct name on it. The next three times the latte smelled and vaguely tasted like cinnamon. I don't know if they don't clean machines well or cinnamon oil from workers' hands is getting onto/into cups/lids, but this is not okay. I will not be back.

So good!! Employees are nice but the atmosphere CAN get loud when it gets busy. Avoid rush hours if you need to concentrate. I always come here to study after work and it’s so comforting

I had a delicious, refreshing g glass of iced tea and a tasty grilled cheese sandwich. The servet was quite friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I recommend it and will surely return.

Came in June 7th at around 4:30. Barista taking our order was nice but the blond barista making the drinks was a bit rude. She got our order wrong(happens a lot at this location in general) and seemed annoyed having to remake it. We ordered pastries/wraps and she just set them on the counter without calling it out to us, so I didn't realize it was ready until 10+ minutes later.
Always love this location, my drink was made quickly today but I feel like I was missing 1/3…? I have a picture but don’t see how to add.Update today the lady who I asked about my drink 5 minutes after my daughter got hers was just rude, no one was doing anything I was waiting I finally asked about my drink that was sitting at the drive through window she grabbed it sat it on the counter said nothing. I was shocked. I said glad I asked. She said what?! I said never mind and left they must have had a long day…

The girl at the window today was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked for napkins with my Danish and she said "wow you are civilized". And mind you she cussed on the mic to the car in front of me. This location is always on point but today the girl at the window should be fired!

Always busy, so I expected to have to park far away. It was very crowded, and a bit noisy. They have rearranged the places to sit, putting the only "leisure" chairs snack dab in the middle of the store. I usually go to meet with a friend to catch up, so we prefer these chairs, but it was nearly impossible to have any conversation. We were disappointed. Seems to me of they're going to have chairs such as these they should be in a quiet "corner" not in the middle of the roomParking: Again, always a challenge to find a space anywhere near
