I don’t even know why this Starbucks is still open. Whenever I go the coffee is always burnt and bitter . I get the white chocolate mocha because it’s somewhat sweet and it’s always burnt and bitter. Once in a blue moon I’ll give them a chance and they never fail to give me the nastiness coffee.

I went tonight manager was just on her phone didn't even attend us in the front they weren’t even busy and messed up the drinks 3 times. I asked for them to make me a different drink and was willing to pay for it but instead of giving me what i asked for they just gave me a black coffee. From the start everyone was very unwelcoming and rude.

I called to ask how to add lemonade to a pink drink in the app and the first girl was really nice and gave me a suggestion and said I could call back if it doesn’t work, and unfortunately it didn’t work so I called back around 2:35 and when I asked about it the guy on the phone laughed at me and was like bro really? And he was saying how that’s so weird and they can’t do it because it’s so “obscure” the first girl was so nice I think it was the supervisor and she fixed it. 3 starts because she was nice and wrote sorry on my drink

Worst location! They took forever to deliver my order. My coffee had no flavor. And by the time I received my panini, it was super cold, the bread was hard to bite, and the paper it was wrapped in was wet. I would never go back.

Sat down with a friend for a coffee date and the servers were just incredibly accommodating, friendly, offered us water after we'd been sat there a while. Every time I come, either through drive through or in person, the space is clean, welcoming and the servers are incredibly nice, and upbeat. My mornings have been changed just by the friendly introductions I receive.
