This is the worst Starbucks in Albuquerque. I literally waited 30 minutes for my coffee and when I finally got it, it was wrong. The drive through is even worse if you see this starbucks I would keep driving until you find another one.

I order a sugar-free cinnamon dulce late on skim milk and 1/3 of the syrup in almond milk.The kid taking the order didn't know what 1/3 was!!!!!!!!!!!!!Then I got my order, and it has 1 pound of sugar. OMG!!!!!!PsI ordered a late on the app, and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes .I walked into the store and waited 15 minutes and went to ask about my order. DJ said he was the manager, and it would take an otger 10 minutes. That was after 18 minutes of waiting, and NO ONE said anything about they being late on the orders .No apologies. No, thank you for waiting, etc.BUT DJ did say this ." YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE," I responded that I wasn't going to get on line to cancel it.He said "well if you want your order to cancel, YOU HAVE TO STAND ON LINE."I called customer service, and when he heard me talking to them, he said to another employee to make my order. When she finished making my order, she handed it to me . I said thank you , I pushed my order back to DJ and walked out to finish my complaint to Starbucks headquarters.This is not the first time that this location, 3500 Coors Blvd, FALLS SHORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered in the app for pick up in the drive through. When I got there there were several cars in line. The service was really slow.The drink tasted good.They didn't put cup cozies or stoppers in the drinks.I guess they're trying to save money.

I’m so sad at how downhill this Starbucks has gone since the new manager came in. He’s effectively sucked the life out of it. I used to love coming in and seeing the baristas happy and the art on the walls and now it’s a foggy mess and everyone looks so stressed. Congrats on having just another corporate hole.

Took my friend here for coffee. Ten minutes after we leave my friend is throwing up. I was sick to my stomach for three days. I don't recommend this Starbucks unless weight loss is desired.

I really enjoy this Starbucks by my work. I usually tend to always get the iced brown sugar espresso with vanilla foam on top and extra caramel and caramel crunchies. Sometimes I change it up though and get the caramel Brulé iced latte or regular latte its delicious and the chestnut praline latte is amazing as well. A yfew times when I have DoorDash it they have messed up my order but every time I call them to tell them about it they always offer to make me a new drink for free or reimburse me. They are very good with that.
