Got a cherry chai latte because I got it at a different location and it was super good but I came here and got it and there is a good inch of nothing. They couldn't even fill up the whole cup. Honestly disappointed and the flavor is weak and kinda warm? Very little ice. I just started coming back to Starbucks but honestly see why I stopped in the first place.

Do not come to this starbucks. They are so slow for 2 cups of coffee, they are never busy to be running this slow. Tried the drive thru and inside. Both turtle slow.

I came in to Starbucks to work, running late because of traffic and trying to start a major work meeting in 3 minutes. There was a long line, so I sat down, got my computer and meeting set up, and placed a mobile order. A worker came over and told me I had to order and couldn't just sit--I told her I placed a mobile order. Instead of saying awesome, thanks, whatever, she was rude. I told her I could not keep talking because I was running a major meeting, and she walked off. I watched my drink sit on the counter, but I couldn't grab it because I was running this major meeting. She came back later and insisted I needed to order--I pointed out my order had been sitting on the counter and then was thrown away by someone. Instead of saying awesome, thanks, or even oh no, sorry about your drink, let me get you a new one, she said she needed my name to confirm I wasn't lying.

I get it. You have a job. But I was also a partner for years, and I spend a ton of time and money in various stores, especially tipping your workers. Sucks that management is either putting your partners in a position where they have to be rude, or not giving them the training to just act like humans and treat the customers like humans. Sounds like you need a training day for the staff.

Drinks are usually on point and the wait isn’t too long but I did have a couple issues with my drinks being made properly.

saturday january 11 2025 at 6:35 pm. the lobby is closed, though the drive thru is open. this is more common than it should be (and not only at starbucks) in this city. i drive at night a lot, and there are very few bathrooms in the city that are open (truck stops, mostly). in addition to the Earl Grey being almost flavorless since a few months ago, the lobby closing issue makes it so that once my current balance on my account is used, i will not reload.

Is to the point now that I really dislike having to deal with the person in drive-thru that appears to be a transgender (don’t know their name). Never friendly whatsoever, zero personality. I wanted to pay for the customer who was behind me order, as an xmas eve deed & the person acted like it was the most annoying thing I requested even though I have done that before. It seemed too much trouble as they stated “idk what the price is” so I said forget it since it was so much of an nuisance. Also, how so merry cheerily of Starbucks to not have any star offers on the app during the holidays. Psh

The last 7 times Ive gotten a drink they have messed it up. Stingey with caramel and anything else you ask them for. Even when I hand back a drink with no caramel in it at all (when I asked for extra) they still won't give you any. I'm sorry it just costs way too much for them to not give you what you ask for

Locations super stingy. If you ask for extra Carmel or cold foam or anything like that they’ll hardly give you any. Even after asking again they barely put any in my drink. Photo showing extra Carmel listed on the ticket with not even the regular amount the drink should have had.

I appreciate that new hires need to start sometime, but on a Saturday? What bad planning! And maybe have more than one person making all of the drinks!! Of course there were three other people behind the counter but I have no idea what they were supposed to be doing. I'm a little mad at myself because we should have walked out, but instead we waited to order and then waited another ~15 minutes for our order (2 coffee drinks). I learned my lesson.
