Rip off!! I paid 12 dollars for a coffee and a egg and sausage sandwich, the 7 dollar coffee was half way empty when I received it. What gets me is they still ask for tip and I still feel guilt not giving it to them. For that I rather skip these places now, thank you starbucks again for reminding me you ain't worth it.

Good Starbucks, good workers, good music, good vibe. I come to this starbucks sometimes. I don’t as much anymore cause I don’t go to Cibola now. but these workers have always been kind and haven’t had any drink/food complaints. They always make my Iced / Hot Chai right.

15 minutes to get my coffee after ordering, gentlemen before me took him 25 minutes. I received mine first. Too slow

I ordered a Matcha green tea with lavender cold foam . The order was wrong and when I called and told them that my order was wrong, the guy just said I really don’t understand you and hung up the phone. Just now this morning and I have to go to work, but I will be back in the afternoon and complain again because this is BS Worst customer service ever.

Nice indoor and outdoor seating. And they have for here plates and mugs which I really like.
I don't know why I always have an issue when ordering online they hide my order as I sit in the store and wait. Very rude. They don't even bother to call out my name or ask.
All of the employees are so nice, courteous and helpful. The manager AJ is always friendly and helping everyone! Love this location
As a customer, I really enjoy just standing there, with three different employees looking straight at me, and not even acknowledging me, NOT! No worries just look straight at me and ignore me, I know I’m taking up your precious time!
The staff here is absolutely amazing, that’s not my complaint. I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks with my dad for a long time and they’ve always been accommodating and great.
My complaint is that my father has been so kind to these people. Every Friday it was a tradition to bring in some snacks (donuts, slices of pizza, etc…) for the staff here, including for the managers meeting that I assume happens here on Fridays. He’s created bonds with these people and gone out of his way to be kind because he wants a good relationship with the people he sees every single day.
He’s spent tens of thousands of dollars here per year, my sibling and I grew up going to Starbucks with him. When he took us to Mexico the FIRST place he took us was the Mexican version of Starbucks because he loves this place SO MUCH.
Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago he brought in some meals for the employees AND managers, and a district manager named Ashley, who was normally nice, told him he CANT bring snacks anymore because the employees are eating on the floor.
The employees eating on their own time is not any of his business. She got a complete snarky attitude with him, got into an argument with him, and told him “DONT FORGET YOUR FOOD ON YOUR WAY OUT”.
This is literally the last time he stepped foot into ANY Starbucks. You know the feeling you get in your heart when you try to do something kind to others, and then somebody mean shoots you down? That’s how he felt.
The way she spoke to him, the way she handled this, is absolutely disgusting to me. If the employees aren’t allowed gifts etc, then they should be able to handle that themselves. The district manager shouldn’t be confronting their most loyal customer in an unprofessional manner. Her last comment really sealed the deal that nobody in my family will ever step foot in here again, or any Starbucks for that matter.
Thank you Ashley the District Manager. I hope this place gets better again. Because you ruined a years long family routine and lost this store out on a huge chunk of money. Do better by your customers. Regulars or not.

I asked for extra whip and she said she couldn’t do that because she was running low on whip cream and had to make it last the rest of the day. Can’t even get my drink that I’m paying for the way I want because they’re low and that’s my fault?
Made drink incorrectly. When I went back through drive-through, they would not throw away undrinkable bad drink and had no trash can in the drive through lane for me to throw it away. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the undeniable drink, worker said it was there policy to not throw away bad drinks. Worker then cursed me when I dropped it in the drive-through as I left.
Best caramel frappe I had in a long time
Bad waiting too long and I want refund money because I can’t wait . I paid 10.66 and they refund back for me only 9.83 I don’t know why
I was disappointed by the service. Didn’t have a very kind barista. Also, there was a drink I tried to order and the barista said it wasn’t available. I asked for another coffee drink and I was told they had to make a pour over and told me it would take them about 5 mins. Then they told me that it wasn’t available. It seemed like the people there weren’t willing to make it. I am disappointed to say the very least. It’s been awhile since I’ve come to a Starbucks and most of the time, it’s because there’s something that happens almost every time I order a drink
