I love going to this starbucks it’s a little further away from me but everyone is always so polite no attitude. I usually go to the one on i-40 and juantabo and there just rude so i now take the extra 5 min drive for better service shout out to all the staff there you guys are doing amazing !

My GrubHub order of 2 croissants arrived completely burned and inedible. So disappointing! I contacted Starbucks corporate customer service and their response was sorry but please contact Grubhub for resolution. Really??? As if Grubhub burned my breakfast. Starbucks, you really disappointed me today.

I usually love this location, and I'm not one to do this but almost two years straight, enough is enough. Almost Everytime I order from this Starbucks on Uber eats my drink IS almost never right. They always forget my cold foam they use whole milk ECT. I don't know if one of the employees thinks they know me and they hate me, I don't know if I'm ordering this drink in the wrong size, I don't know what to think.. but I am very irritated because I spent my overtime money on this Starbucks sweet treat for my family and mine is once again trash. I don't want anything in return for this but I do want to know why my Venti Shaken Espresso with Carmel drizzle, oat milk and salted Carmel cold foam is impossible for me to obtain.

Ordered 2 of the shaken espressos. Espresso in both drinks tasted burnt, and the drinks weren't sweet, as if baristas didn't add the flavor. Should've just gone to the Dutch Bros down the street. Extremely disappointed.
