I just tried this location for the second time since after the remodel and it has to be the least quality Starbuck's products I've ever tried. If anyone else has had a similar experience here, I'm sorry for you wasting your money as well.

The staff was very disrespectful and loud, they were making the most noise in the cafe. The guests were Very quiet and the staff was obnoxiously loud. I never get the food here it always makes me feel bad like indigestion. It would be nice if they had better food options. I get hot Tea here mostly but it usually burns the heck out of my mouth.

I come to this location 4 days out of the week, same days every week. I love this location and the staff. Today I was a little discouraged. I always mobile order. I went into get my drink, I was waiting for one of my employees drinks since I was there she asked me to pick hers up. While waiting for hers, I dropped mine. Embarrassing.. yes.. but I felt awful! I know what a pain it is to be busy and have to stop what you’re doing to clean someone’s spilt drink. So I got napkins and started to clean it up, they said they’d get a mop and clean, to not bother with it but it was my fault, I wasn’t going to just stand there. I cleaned the majority of it up, just needed to be ran over with a mop for the stickiness and little that remained. I apologized and they were so sweet making me not feel as bad/embarrassed. I was discouraged because out of the 10 or so employees there, not one asked if they could re make it for me.. I know it was my fault and they shouldn’t have to, it’s just a little added customer service. I was already having a bad morning so I literally cried over spilt coffee lol it’s the perk to my morning so I was discouraged. But, thanks for being an awesome location! I appreciate you guys and your hard work!

I went through the drive thru. This was my second time here. I wasn't going to go back because my drinks were horrible the first time but I decided to give it another try. My drinks jus tasted like milk again. Every other Starbucks I order the same drinks and they taste like there supposed to. So I won't be returning there.
Starbucks owner. I asked the girl at the window and she said that's how they make them. I've had the same drinks at many other Starbucks and I tried to explain that to her but there was no other action taken.

I am always happy coming here, even if I'm having a bad morning they always make it better somehow. Even with a simple smile. Today I got my order, a asked them to remake my venti white mocha with soy because it got warm due to my own Doing, and they gladly remade it for me without question. She was sweet & glad to help me out. Thanks Starbucks team!!!

Apparently the managers name is Sarah. I ordered on mobile for a grande white chocolate mocha. After waiting exactly 8 minutes past the estimated time, I decided to walk up to the register and ask if it was being made. I was the only person inside the store so I figured they forgot. She said it was only ordered 13 minutes ago after looking at the sticker on the cup. It actually was 19 minutes and not 13 minutes but she decided to give me an attitude smirking and saying " uh ok man whatever". She said she was the manager while rolling her eyes. So I just wanted to write a review and send a complaint to corporate as well for this type of customer service.
