There's this one chick shes got blue hair, I ask for just black coffee she drove a airplane through my house and detonated it but it's cool, her service 10/ mabye 10, " ambulance " was dark, it felt like coffee in the shop but like rich nerd dork.

This Starbucks location has always been a favorite of mine considering they usually make the best Caffè Mocha. I usually order the Grande size and specifically request a two-pump (chocolate syrup) mocha. This last time, I ordered a SHORT Caffè size but omitted to request just one pump of chocolate syrup. My mistake. The drink was horrible! I think the barista put three pumps of chocolate syrup which made it undrinkable. I couldn't taste any espresso. Like I said, I should have requested one pump. And forget the Short size. Live and learn, but the barista could have made a better drink.

Go here many times, consistent quality service and products. Challenging parking lot. Almost always a line at the drive up, sometimes out to Golf Course Rd. I always walk in. Park away from store it's easier. My favorite right now is the Iced Shaken Expresso.

Apparently the managers name is Sarah. I ordered on mobile for a grande white chocolate mocha. After waiting exactly 8 minutes past the estimated time, I decided to walk up to the register and ask if it was being made. I was the only person inside the store so I figured they forgot. She said it was only ordered 13 minutes ago after looking at the sticker on the cup. It actually was 19 minutes and not 13 minutes but she decided to give me an attitude smirking and saying " uh ok man whatever". She said she was the manager while rolling her eyes. So I just wanted to write a review and send a complaint to corporate as well for this type of customer service.

Baristas are lovely. They serve fast and have good attitude.
I like this Starbucks. The service is excellent, and my order is what I want. Moreover, there is multiple wall outlets, which for me is critical. Any coffee shop MUST have lots of wall outlets, to accommodate patrons who come with their laptops, tablets, and phones!! Another thing which is nice of this Starbucks location is they have some nice, soft seating towards the bathrooms. Kind of like a wraparound couch. The Wi-Fi here is good, for an Albuquerque Starbucks, which is nice. I've often seen teenagers here, so there must be a school nearby, although I've not seen it. Either that or this seems to be a place frequented by teens who will come here to chat and do homework. For me there's only one drawback. This location is kind of hard to get into the parking lot. I find it best to approach it heading south on Golf Course road, then turn right into the parking lot for the Smith's which share the parking lot. However, in a sense its kind of cute. We call it the TARDIS Starbucks, because it seems larger on the inside than it does on the outside.

2 stars because the drive thru people are nice but everytime I have tried their drinks because people convince me to give starbucks another try they taste like fish water or perhaps what I imagine drinking toilet water would taste like. My tongue is literally burning this was so gross.
This is our regular Starbucks. The staff is great. Always friendly, patient with kids. We appreciate them.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly is best thing about them. Dog in the drive through friendly too!

Nice Starbucks with plentiful seating inside and a few tables outside. Barristas were excellent. Parking lot is a bit wonky.Parking: Lot is wonky. Be careful pulling out and walking across. You'll probably have to park in adjacent lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.
