The people up front had no idea what they were doing. We had to correct them at least 5 time on our order which they still messed up. Then they were rude when we asked for our correct order. I don’t recommend coming here. Go to the one on Carlisle and Menaul they rock over there.

Stopped and had a Caramel Frappe, it was So Good!! I never had one. Reminded me of the Coffee Candy!! Will have to go back again. Used the drive thru, it was fast, and the service was v Awesome!! Very friendly staff!! Recommend highly!!

This is probably the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! When I come here in the mornings I always have to wait sooo long just for a cup of coffee. They should definitely work on their sense of urgency!!!!!!

Poor Packaging! Everything was spilled drinks could of been put on a drink carrier to give to our dasher. & no it is not about the money but about us looking forward to actually receiving our drinks. 2 accidents already in less than 1 week last week there was also a drink missing that we never got.
