Order just a black coffee and sandwich. They did not give me any receipt after about 15 minutes I wonder what happened. Others were ordering and getting their stuff right away. I don't know what happened but this place is so disorganized. I finally flag somebody down to get the coffee and notice the sandwich had been sitting there a while and it was cold. Nobody called it out. They were just making stuff and throwing it on the counter. I thought they were supposed to take your name or something. The lady that took my order look like she was ready just to quit and leave. I know the look of frustration and despair. There's something very wrong with this location. I see this is a sign of poor management that creates an atmosphere of poor work environment. I think it's more corporate problem than a staffing issue. Either way I don't think I'll be going back to this location or any other. Starbucks is on the decline. I read the financials and I can see why.

For the second time this week, I've come to get my online order and they aren't open. I work early in the morning and normally I'm in and out and the staff is normally great. The first time the guy inside made my drink because it was an online order, however when I went today no one was inside or even in the parking areas. Just be careful if ordering online early in the morning as it seems to be a trend to not be open at 5 am.
I met a friend for coffee. It was a nice quiet place to converse.

I ordered an ice mocha a few months back and they gave me hot after making me wait 15 minutes while they all messed around instead of taking or making orders, kept hushing, looking at me and laughing. This time I ordered a drink no ice, simple, right? they gave me ice and didn’t even acknowledge me probably because I did a mobile order this time, I want to like this location but not being nice or getting my orders makes it hard to willingly come here despite it being on my way to work, I’d rather any other location because I haven’t had mess ups again any other location yet or they fix it before even giving it to me and apologize for the wait because of it
