I watched as two different people
who came in several people after me received their food orders while I waited and waited for a bagel. No apology. No explanation when asked. I am a career government public health employee, yet I walked in looking like I work on a farm. I have to wonder if I had came in in my professional garb instead of my “I have a serious medical appointment and I just need to feel comfortable” outfit, if they would have saw fit to make my food expediently. What probably happened is they screwed up and the person whom I asked felt defensive and decided to make excuses instead of doing the professional thing and apologizing.

I should know what the professional thing is in this case. I was a Starbucks assistant manager when I was in college.

They try to be really personable and have a conversation all while there’s a line out to the main road. Let’s keep it moving please.

The baristas made my drink incorrectly. The girl who cashed me out was so incredibly rude and condescending. She actually argued with me over what I ordered. Like I’m sorry- even if you think the person is wrong, arguing only escalates the situation. The manager just leaned against the window with a blank look on his face and just kept repeating sorry in a monotone voice. These people need customer service training. I am still in shock- this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I will never go to this location again. The food is also greasy.

Fast, accurate service with smiling, friendly faces. I don't go to Starbucks much and this was a good experience.

Would not come back here again. My mother and I went inside hoping to get a coffee and use the bathroom, come to find out the bathrooms were absolutely filthy and so were most of the tables. I’m honestly surprised they had this place open at all. The staff were extremely rude that day and had a very bad attitude. A man came in asking for a cup of water with extra ice and the girl barely gave him any ice. After that the girls started talking shit about him after he has left.

This was Friday at around 11am or so. So where ever was on shift, needs to have more training done because that’s insane. Honestly, they should be thankful we didn’t call corporate on them for their behavior and for the health hazards of the establishment.

Starbucks is amazing. I prefer local cafes and restaurants but Starbucks is always there. I is open way early and the orders get out quickly no matter how busy they get. I also get Delta Airlines Frequent Flyer Rewards Points when I rel8ad my card that is connected to online ordering. Oh, and the grilled cheeses are actually really good.
