Mobile order picked up, shaken espresso had a burnt taste. No big deal went back for a remake and was met with the most rude and unprofessional grump Sarah who made my forgiveness asking for a remake seem like the most inconvenient request she’s ever heard. I had no problem showing I had only taken two sips of the original drink, but before I could she asked for the drink only to dramatically throw it away while rolling her eyes. I frequent this location and have only ever been greeted with smiles, this caught me completely off guard and honestly ruined my morning. The other employees looked miserable with Sarah present. She appears to be in a management role and I felt so bad seeing the overall tone of what is usually a positive and happy place so glum. Managers like Sarah who create hostile work environments should never be tolerated.

As packed as this locations can be They are only accepting cash or Apple Pay Or app!???No cards? No sign in front of drive through you literally are stuck in their line unwilling! Do better Starbucks management.

This location at San Pedro & Paseo is a tricky-to-get-to drive-thru only, to the point that some employees want to pretend they can't interact with you at all at the mobile pickup window if you have, say, a question about whether they have a certain bakery item in stock for you to be able to buy. Fortunately when this happened to me the functionally-impaired barista _finally_ handed me off to an apparently-more-senior colleague who was cheerful & happy to sell me nearly $20 worth of the last seasonal snowman cookies. So, uneven service given the several times I've been there, but still more likely to drive there than the (closer) La Cueva Town Center (Wyoming Blvd & Paseo) actual store location that has seating, but where service & preparation are all too consistently -meh-.
Parking: You aren't really intended to park at this drive-thru-only with no indoor customer access. The few adjacent spaces are even harder to get in & out of than drive-thru itself which you can't get to from Paseo del Norte Blvd NE, & have to access by hunting thru unrelated strip lots off Holly Ave NE at San Pedro Dr NE.
