Been here too many times and the staff will either not offer straws or napkins, and will close the window immediately after handing you your order and won’t offer if “you need anything else”. And every time I order easy ice you guys still fill it up to the top. Stop being greedy already. I’m not paying $7 for a venti cup of ice. Use some common sense. I think the staff needs some training on the ice lines on the cup. This location is not the best.

Definitely the best in the area for the taste but the costumer service is HORRIBLE. They were going to have me drive across town for my order because I put it at the wrong location when the other store on the phone told me about their policy for re making your order when you get the location wrong . Worst attitudes in town .

Ordered coffee with a bagel and avocado spread. The lady looked at the avocado spread and stared at it, hesitated, then put it in my bagel bag....it was over a month expired. Ridiculous

The most beautiful staff just made my day! I ordered from my regular Starbucks earlier and my coffee was missing the flavoring. Too late to fix it since I was on the freeway. I came to this Starbucks to ask to purchase syrup flavor and they went 5 steps further by offering to make me a new, correct cup!!! So kind and thoughtful!!! They definitely did not have to do that but I so appreciate it! I even got a sweet note on my cup. : ) Thank you! Made my day!!

honestly they have nice people but sometimes the drinks are a hit or miss. especially the strawberry açaís, i cant trust this place for good strawberry açaís they’re too watery 😕
edit: yall i came again and i asked for the drink to be remade cuz it was watery and they didn’t do anything with it and gave me it back the exact same 💔💔

Not being from the area, this location just seemed so hidden and hard to get to. The walk-up window was only for mobile orders. We found that out after we struggled to park in the super tight parking lot. But the drive-thru and service were excellent! The girl was in training but did awesome!
