The most beautiful staff just made my day! I ordered from my regular Starbucks earlier and my coffee was missing the flavoring. Too late to fix it since I was on the freeway. I came to this Starbucks to ask to purchase syrup flavor and they went 5 steps further by offering to make me a new, correct cup!!! So kind and thoughtful!!! They definitely did not have to do that but I so appreciate it! I even got a sweet note on my cup. : ) Thank you! Made my day!!

honestly they have nice people but sometimes the drinks are a hit or miss. especially the strawberry açaís, i cant trust this place for good strawberry açaís they’re too watery 😕
edit: yall i came again and i asked for the drink to be remade cuz it was watery and they didn’t do anything with it and gave me it back the exact same 💔💔

Not being from the area, this location just seemed so hidden and hard to get to. The walk-up window was only for mobile orders. We found that out after we struggled to park in the super tight parking lot. But the drive-thru and service were excellent! The girl was in training but did awesome!

Mobile order picked up, shaken espresso had a burnt taste. No big deal went back for a remake and was met with the most rude and unprofessional grump Sarah who made my forgiveness asking for a remake seem like the most inconvenient request she’s ever heard. I had no problem showing I had only taken two sips of the original drink, but before I could she asked for the drink only to dramatically throw it away while rolling her eyes. I frequent this location and have only ever been greeted with smiles, this caught me completely off guard and honestly ruined my morning. The other employees looked miserable with Sarah present. She appears to be in a management role and I felt so bad seeing the overall tone of what is usually a positive and happy place so glum. Managers like Sarah who create hostile work environments should never be tolerated.
