The most beautiful staff just made my day! I ordered from my regular Starbucks earlier and my coffee was missing the flavoring. Too late to fix it since I was on the freeway. I came to this Starbucks to ask to purchase syrup flavor and they went 5 steps further by offering to make me a new, correct cup!!! So kind and thoughtful!!! They definitely did not have to do that but I so appreciate it! I even got a sweet note on my cup. : ) Thank you! Made my day!!

Not being from the area, this location just seemed so hidden and hard to get to. The walk-up window was only for mobile orders. We found that out after we struggled to park in the super tight parking lot. But the drive-thru and service were excellent! The girl was in training but did awesome!

This location at San Pedro & Paseo is a tricky-to-get-to drive-thru only, to the point that some employees want to pretend they can't interact with you at all at the mobile pickup window if you have, say, a question about whether they have a certain bakery item in stock for you to be able to buy. Fortunately when this happened to me the functionally-impaired barista _finally_ handed me off to an apparently-more-senior colleague who was cheerful & happy to sell me...
