Ordered two drinks, iced shakes oat milk brown sugar espresso (I always order this) and a soy latte. My shaken espresso was extremely bitter and did not taste right. I asked for more oat milk or sweetener. They added more oat milk and I just decided to accept it (it still doesn’t taste right). I got back to the car and my friend had me taste their soy iced latte and it’s iced chai 😂. They messed up both of our drinks and for $12 this is pretty ridiculous. I just wanted my go to drink and it’s bitter and terrible.

I go here all the time cause it’s near the MVD. Super quick workers even when its busy. It was packed today and I still got my drink and food minutes later. I quite like this store. It’s definitely in a weird spot right now with the construction going on but other than that it’s a great starbucks!

To tell a customer “we can’t do that” when it’s been the same order you’ve placed for years and the one time you switch the normal few places you go to, they tell you no “because it’ll float to the top” yes, I know exactly what it does, but if it’s a customer’s preference why is it up to you to say no? Than proceed to say “okay” and still not do ask the customer requested? Unprofessional and childish environment within this specific establishment.

Who ever is the barista for the drive thru at this time is the one I need every time. This is the best matcha latte I’ve had there, super strong and actually mixed well!
On brand Starbucks. Ordered things from this location twice. Both were good. The store is clean and modern. Overall, it's a good Starbucks.

Ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive thru. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and a gingerbread chai. They only handed me the chestnut praline and told me to have a good day. I let them know I was waiting on one more drink. A lady came to window and said “I only have one drink for you.” I said well I ordered 2… and she said no I have one. I said no ma’am I have a chai. She then told me if I could prove it she’d make it. So I showed her my app. No apology, just said mm weird. Pulled to the front while I waited for my drink. I got the chestnut praline for my sister as a surprise. (I don’t drink coffee) she text me after I took it and asked why I ordered her an apple flavored latte when I know she hates the apple crisp. So on top of no apology for accusing me of having my order wrong, the coffee wasn’t even right.

I Am very upset at the way the service was , went in at about 1:50 on Sunday december 1st hoping the manager can look them up through that . I Did not get the barristas names but they were snickering and gossiping amongst each other when we were trying to order ( because of this they got our order wrong it was hot not iced ) they got upset with me because I told them that wasn’t my order. They went and gave me a hot drink and made it extra hot to then ask me to take a sip to see if it was good that way and when I did they all laughed knowing it had been reheated extremely hot on purpose. I do not recommend this location at all .
