Ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive thru. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and a gingerbread chai. They only handed me the chestnut praline and told me to have a good day. I let them know I was waiting on one more drink. A lady came to window and said “I only have one drink for you.” I said well I ordered 2… and she said no I have one. I said no ma’am I have a chai. She then told me if I could prove it she’d make it. So I showed her my app. No apology, just said mm weird. Pulled to the front while I waited for my drink. I got the chestnut praline for my sister as a surprise. (I don’t drink coffee) she text me after I took it and asked why I ordered her an apple flavored latte when I know she hates the apple crisp. So on top of no apology for accusing me of having my order wrong, the coffee wasn’t even right.

I Am very upset at the way the service was , went in at about 1:50 on Sunday december 1st hoping the manager can look them up through that . I Did not get the barristas names but they were snickering and gossiping amongst each other when we were trying to order ( because of this they got our order wrong it was hot not iced ) they got upset with me because I told them that wasn’t my order. They went and gave me a hot drink and made it extra hot to then ask me to take a sip to see if it was good that way and when I did they all laughed knowing it had been reheated extremely hot on purpose. I do not recommend this location at all .

Just Ordered an Iced white mocha before hitting the road to leave town. They didn’t use blonde espresso AND forgot to put white mocha flavoring. Went through the drive through so didn’t even notice until we were already too far gone.
Gave 2 stars because of the quick service but that’s all it deserves.
I absolutely hate when my morning coffee is messed up. Not impressed.

This place has got increasingly slower and slower be ready to wait 30 min plus for yours drink. I thought it was a fluke the first time cause places get busy or short handed but this has happened on 3 different occasions. Same place. Do yourself a favor and don’t go

The only issue I have encountered is that in Albuquerque, it seems to be frowned upon to request water. I customarily request water with my coffee or any other beverage, but here in Albuquerque, it appears to be unusual to do so.

The coffee taste is so watered down it’s kinda awful. I come here to use the internet and for the atmosphere I just wish the coffee was half as good. Also super confused why the tea gets heated so much. I couldn’t drink my tea I ordered for over 15 minutes finally had to ask for some ice just to be able to drink it.
