I order from here all the time and have been for years. Their customer service is always wonderful and they always make my order just like I request. They are amazing and I’m so glad I get to start my day off with them.. they always make me smile! Thank you all for being so wonderful - you make mornings great for me!
Terrible service
Ive paid 3 different times just for damn pumpkin cold foam, and they have a new person and she doesn't even read anything. I have no pumpkin cold foam. It is 2 dollars just to even have it on the damn drink.

I’m a longtime Starbucks customer and usually love the convenience of mobile ordering — but this location consistently falls short.
On a recent visit, I placed a mobile order that was never called out. When I finally asked about it, I was told someone else had taken it. They offered to remake the drink, but I didn’t have time to wait, and no one offered a refund or to restore the Stars I used.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor service here — multiple staff told me “someone would be with me shortly” while I stood at the counter being ignored for several minutes. I finally had to walk out, and even then, the looks I got made me feel like I was the problem.
I submitted a customer service request, which led to a long back-and-forth with Starbucks support, only to be told via email that they “couldn’t help” and that I’d need to start the whole process over via phone or chat. For a $6 drink I never received, this felt excessive and dismissive.
I hope this location — and Starbucks in general — takes steps to improve how they handle mobile orders and basic customer concerns. I’d love to keep supporting this store but I need to feel like my time and money are respected.
EDIT:I appreciate the response, but being directed to a general customer service number—after already contacting corporate—just feels like a dead end. I’ve explained the issue, and it should’ve been addressed directly at the store level without putting the burden back on me. At this point, I’m done. This experience—and the lack of meaningful follow-through—has made me rethink supporting Starbucks at all. I’m sharing this publicly because customers shouldn’t have to work this hard to be heard.
I go here all the time because this location is the closest to me and I never have a good experience my drink is never filled all the way and the customer service sucks I am always met with an attitude

First time there. They made my coffee order incorrectly. Then they got upset when I wanted them to correct it. Never going back there.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks multiple times and it’s been awesome but this last time I went they completely got my drink wrong and my grilled cheese sandwich was slapped together. It was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. :/

I have watched 4 people try to go into this location and leave upset because they have the doors locked, in the little time I was here. It seems like it is always around 3pm-4pm. Don't waste your time!

After taking my order and repeating it back 3 times incorrect. The barista was very rude for her mistakes when I was just making sure I got what I ordered.

No customer service. They locked the doors the morning with customer inside because of crew fighting. A couple of pepole had ordered food and drinks and they step outside. They did nothing to help these people get there orders, and when customers unlocked the door so then these people could get their orders.Employees didn nothing but scream at them that they needed their breaks.
