I have watched 4 people try to go into this location and leave upset because they have the doors locked, in the little time I was here. It seems like it is always around 3pm-4pm. Don't waste your time!

After taking my order and repeating it back 3 times incorrect. The barista was very rude for her mistakes when I was just making sure I got what I ordered.

No customer service. They locked the doors the morning with customer inside because of crew fighting. A couple of pepole had ordered food and drinks and they step outside. They did nothing to help these people get there orders, and when customers unlocked the door so then these people could get their orders.Employees didn nothing but scream at them that they needed their breaks.

I love love love this Starbucks! They are on point with customer service and it being 100% genuine. They are gracious even to the homeless people.... You can relax use the computer it's the best Starbucks in town!!!!

girl working register was incredibly rude. took more than 30 minutes to bring out a microwaved biscuit, which they somehow made wrong. biscuits are so greasy that they need to be dapped off with a paper towel. workers are more interested in talking than doing their job.
the drive thru is terribly placed, so if you decide to park in the parking lot during a busy time the drive thru line will be backed up througu the parking lot so badly you literally cannot leave.
frankly, the worst customer service i have ever experienced ANYWHERE.

Try to stay out of this one in the morning. I asked for napkins waited 5 minutes had to ask someone else. Waited 15 minutes for a water and cappuccino.

This Starbucks constantly has its order ahead option turned off. I skipped here this AM because it was off. Then swung by this afternoon and it was still turned off.

I understand if they are swamped, but Im the only one in here and there are no cars in the drive-thru.

I looked around for manager contact info, but nothing. Complaining to the cashier is not going to go anywhere. I mentioned it was off, but she didn't care. So Im left with an online review.

I used to go to this location everyday of the week. A lot of days twice. One day I told them I received a drink that was totally made wrong. This was the day after. I asked them if they could replace it. I had to go to work the day before and didn’t have time to address the issue at that point, would have been late. Didn’t try the drink until well down the road. They told me if I didn’t have any proof I purchased it they would not replace it. Spent atleast $50 to $70 a week at this store. I was a regular. Girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. They just lost between $200 to $250 a month due to not replacing a $7 drink. I go to another place now and am good with that. If someone spends that much money at a place of business and can’t replace 1 coffee for $7 that’s a terrible choice on their end. Never complained before. 1 time and they lost about $3k or more a year. From going everyday to never again.
