Its been a 50/50 chance of getting what you ordered correctly for the last few times Ive been there. The last two times its tasted beyond burnt, like they put charcoal ash in the drinks. Today's was just undrinkable, will have to find another location or a dunkin donuts for awhile. People at the drive thru are always nice and all, but the drinks themselves have been awful š Not sure if its just new staff or whatever but maybe give them a few weeks to get it figured out before hitting this spot up. 10/18/25 11A.M. ā ļøāļø

This is how my coffee arrived from Doordash. Bag was sealed and the outside sleeve was clean so this definitely happened at the store, before the sleeve was put on by the barista. Obviously this was unsafe to drink and a complete waste of money. Starbucks will reply with a boilerplate response that says they aren't responsible for Doordash, but this is 100% on the store as the second drink (iced tea) had no spillage. Starbucks, you can do better.

I order from here all the time and have been for years. Their customer service is always wonderful and they always make my order just like I request. They are amazing and Iām so glad I get to start my day off with them.. they always make me smile! Thank you all for being so wonderful - you make mornings great for me!
Terrible service
Ive paid 3 different times just for damn pumpkin cold foam, and they have a new person and she doesn't even read anything. I have no pumpkin cold foam. It is 2 dollars just to even have it on the damn drink.

Iām a longtime Starbucks customer and usually love the convenience of mobile ordering ā but this location consistently falls short.
On a recent visit, I placed a mobile order that was never called out. When I finally asked about it, I was told someone else had taken it. They offered to remake the drink, but I didnāt have time to wait, and no one offered a refund or to restore the Stars I used.
This isnāt the first time Iāve encountered poor service here ā multiple staff told me āsomeone would be with me shortlyā while I stood at the counter being ignored for several minutes. I finally had to walk out, and even then, the looks I got made me feel like I was the problem.
I submitted a customer service request, which led to a long back-and-forth with Starbucks support, only to be told via email that they ācouldnāt helpā and that Iād need to start the whole process over via phone or chat. For a $6 drink I never received, this felt excessive and dismissive.
I hope this location ā and Starbucks in general ā takes steps to improve how they handle mobile orders and basic customer concerns. Iād love to keep supporting this store but I need to feel like my time and money are respected.
EDIT:I appreciate the response, but being directed to a general customer service numberāafter already contacting corporateājust feels like a dead end. Iāve explained the issue, and it shouldāve been addressed directly at the store level without putting the burden back on me. At this point, Iām done. This experienceāand the lack of meaningful follow-throughāhas made me rethink supporting Starbucks at all. Iām sharing this publicly because customers shouldnāt have to work this hard to be heard.

I go here all the time because this location is the closest to me and I never have a good experience my drink is never filled all the way and the customer service sucks I am always met with an attitude

First time there. They made my coffee order incorrectly. Then they got upset when I wanted them to correct it. Never going back there.

Iāve gone to this Starbucks multiple times and itās been awesome but this last time I went they completely got my drink wrong and my grilled cheese sandwich was slapped together. It was cold and the cheese wasnāt even melted. :/
I have watched 4 people try to go into this location and leave upset because they have the doors locked, in the little time I was here. It seems like it is always around 3pm-4pm. Don't waste your time!
