I was dressed business casual and had a client meeting there and got there early. I left my bag at the table and went to the counter and asked for a bathroom code. She rudely told me I have to by something first before I can use the bathroom. I said that I have a client coming in and I’ll buy the coffee then for both of us. She said no you have to buy it now before you use the bathroom. Made me feel like a homeless person or someone of lesser value I bought the coffee use the bathroom and I’m still gonna have my meeting here. However I was just disgusted by Starbucks and how they have their workers treat their patriots that come in to buy coffee. What a rude awakening. I’ll never come here again. That’s what I don’t like about non-local coffee companies. It’s just rude and arrogant. Place was dirty. The service was rude. There’s no reason to come back.

I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 INSTEAD. My wife asked me to get a venti latte with almond milk. By the time i got home, wife took a sip and within minutes found her throat swelling up. (Unfortunately for her she is allergic to milk) we called to tell them that the drink had milk, and the people on the phone were very rude and unapologetic. The manager on the phone agreed to replacing our mistaken drink, as well as crediting us for another drink. They just asked us to come back. Upon us returning, they refused to replace our mistaken order, completely disregarded my wives allergy to milk, and refused to give us their names. The only positive experience we recieved was getting our money back and going to dutch brothers instead.

I have been a regular for years at this Starbucks and it's really unfortunately that I got horrible customer serivce. I ordered the new cherry latte. The drink so good but not the people. It really unfortunated that the workers were rude and not very friendly. I will be not coming here anymore and its sad cause I really like it here but my opinion is based on customer service not the drinks. Starbucks is getting so greedy with there water and tipping it has gone out of hand. I am done with Starbucks. Word of advice get a better crew because the people who work here are awful.

The young lady was very rude … she refused to give her name so I can report it to the supervisor. I don’t mean to be a Karen but I was waiting for a confirmation via text of why to purchase and requested to use the bathroom and even showed her the text where I was waiting and she said I can use the bathroom after I purchase. Which is absurd because I was not going to leave until I made my purchase and now I will refuse to use Starbucks anymore . Go 7 brew , Dutch bros or something else people. Hope the manager doesn’t keep employees like this. Worse Starbucks I been to out of all the ones I been to across the US.

There were 3 of us paying for 4 drinks/3 cookies. Were there from 5pm to 6:30. It was a meeting with our insurance agent. We were on the phone on hold with our insurance so music was playing on the phone, we has the volume down, but employee came to us to say their was a complaint of a screeching sound from our table. Hmmm, on hold music is relaxing. Yet, they had 3 tables of high schoolers screaming, yelling, playing & running around. This is not a good place to meet up with adults. They also forgot 1 coffee. I had to go to counter after waiting 20 minutes.

If you are looking for your drink to be made wrong this is a guaranteed spot. I ask for coffee and sugar. I don’t know how many times I have tried to give this location a chance to make an order right. I don’t ever have this issue at other locations.

This location is always hit or miss. If I'm not ordering a simple iced tea or refresher, my coffee drink always gets messed up. Clearly, ordering extra carmel drizzle does, in fact, mean you're not going to get carmel drizzle.

Everyone here is so kind and always willing to make the perfect drink! Caitlyn is such a good worker! Kind and caring! I’ve had issues with my drinks, and without question she always makes them right! Definitely stop at this Starbucks!

Order online for this location. If you order in person be prepared to wait longer than normal. It’s not the person who was making the drinks fault. They were the only one making drinks and could tell was overwhelmed. I don’t know why Starbucks does this to their employees and customers.
