I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. We ordered hot Americanos, but the barista was unwelcoming, and one of the beverages was served at room temperature. I returned the drink, and while the staff confirmed the temperature issue and eventually provided a replacement, there was no apology for the mistake or the additional wait time. Given the cold service and lack of accountability, I left feeling quite dissatisfied

Great Starbucks location in a shopping mall near Albertsons and UPS as well as other shops. There was plenty of parking, including handicap parking spots. My mom enjoyed the green tea latte. They also sell hot tea like Emperor Cloud and Mist. They have packaged snacks such as Madeleines and Perfect Bars, including new flavor releases like Dark Chocolate Peppermint. They also had nice New Mexico mugs and Christmas cups on sale. There was plenty of seating and large tables. I was grateful for this location being open on Christmas to enjoy tea and conversation with family. The customer service was excellent!
I frequently come here to do homework and the staff is always friendly! I don't think I've had a drink made wrong here. Definitely recommend this location!

Walked in at 6:58, store closes at 7:00. I was greeted with “we close in 1 minute”. The young lady that took my order was nice, but the barista was annoyed and made me the worst Chai Latte I’ve ever had. I’m sorry my visit was such an inconvenience. Wish I was told that they didn’t have time to make a good drink. Disappointing!

It's Starbucks. If you have been to a Starbucks you know what to expect. If not, then I don't know where you have been living in the last 20+ years. It's fancy over priced coffee with a friendly staff. I mean it's a hell of a business they have.
