Great Starbucks location in a shopping mall near Albertsons and UPS as well as other shops. There was plenty of parking, including handicap parking spots. My mom enjoyed the green tea latte. They also sell hot tea like Emperor Cloud and Mist. They have packaged snacks such as Madeleines and Perfect Bars, including new flavor releases like Dark Chocolate Peppermint. They also had nice New Mexico mugs and Christmas cups on sale. There was plenty of seating and large tables. I was grateful for this location being open on Christmas to enjoy tea and conversation with family. The customer service was excellent!

I frequently come here to do homework and the staff is always friendly! I don't think I've had a drink made wrong here. Definitely recommend this location!

Walked in at 6:58, store closes at 7:00. I was greeted with “we close in 1 minute”. The young lady that took my order was nice, but the barista was annoyed and made me the worst Chai Latte I’ve ever had. I’m sorry my visit was such an inconvenience. Wish I was told that they didn’t have time to make a good drink. Disappointing!

It's Starbucks. If you have been to a Starbucks you know what to expect. If not, then I don't know where you have been living in the last 20+ years. It's fancy over priced coffee with a friendly staff. I mean it's a hell of a business they have.

This is usually our favorite Starbucks in ABQ because it is so quiet and peaceful. However, they must train baristas or hire baristas who refuse to look at customers even when its dead. We went up because we asked for light ice and 80% of the cup is filled with ice. We basically paid 7$ for ice. This is why so many boycott this company. We waited for them to come up to us so we can ask to dump out the ice and the girl just kept walking right past us. No one in line, no one in drive through. We will not be coming back to this one or Starbucks in a very long time. Have fun making money and tips off of selling customers $7 cups of ice.

Got my order wrong. This clearly is not a matcha green tea latte with oleato golden foam.
In ABQ, this is my favorite SBUX location. The view of the Sandias is just amazing from up here. The staff is good and friendly and they make the drinks pretty much as expected. Great selection of SBUX merch at this location, as well - in my opinion, a lot better than most other ABQ locations. Also, this location keeps things pretty clean, cleaner than most other locations and the bathrooms (two of them) have code-free doors.

I went there twice. It’s a small shop, food is okay… I have been to better SB shops. One thing to note that the staff can be little friendlier to those who don’t have ability to speak… not a greatest place nor bad place. They could do better though..
