Very rude people! Like why do they have an attitude Everytime I go here. I’m talking about Starbucks only employees. The store is a great place to shop

The service was ok but I was the only customer when I walked in and she left me standing there as if she didn't see me she also did that to the next people that came in also I've been to other Starbucks but never been charged extra for a sprinkle of cinnamon 😲.....I should have just kept the 2 dollar tip n bought a sprinkle of cinnamon right smh. Never coming to this one again.....

Atmosphere is nice however the employees that work there aren’t very friendly. I went up to the cash register and I mentioned it was my birthday and the girl in the front just said cool, and she didn’t have a name tag on or I’d mention her name. No one there was nice at all. Didn’t greet when we arrived or when we left and there was a fly flying around in the food glass container.
They didn’t make me feel special at all and my drink was just okay. Pretty sad because I did like this location before

Worst place to come, the girls never make the drinks properly and express rudeness. They like to make excuses to not make your order. The manager needs to be investigated and shut down.

Went into this location to get a matcha latte but I encountered a employee that refused to acknowledge me and instead of taking my order she ignored me completely.
After a few minutes I asked if they were open but she said nothing , another 5 minutes went by and I asked again and this time I was met with the longest stare down I've ever been apart of, and after a couple of minutes of stare silence I walked out.
Worst experience in my life with customer service

Every time we come to this location is a disappointment. They're always out of the everything bagel. If they do their inventory correctly they should know how much to order. Get better management and order more so there's enough. Worst location out of Starbucks.

I was just at this location and they had no dark roast, none of the pumpkin coffees, no spinach feta sandwich and on top of it all, the girl said they are not supposed to charge for anything else that I get in the store when I have paid for things from the store there before. Huge disappointment. Ended up getting pipes place coffee with oat milk but the drink had very minimum oat milk. They should train their staff to provide better customer service.
