This location has severely decompensated. This has been my regular location for two years but I’m gonna have to be done with it. The quality has gotten BAD and the service has gotten petty.After sitting in a mostly empty store for 13 minutes, I watched one of the other two customers place and receive his order before mine was even started. When I finally got the order that I placed ahead of time, it was wrong. It’s way too sweet and there is no coffee flavor. This is the second time I’ve had to contact customer support for a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and starting to feel discriminatory. I was told that feedback would be sent to the store and that I would receive a phone call from the manager.A mistake every now and then is understandable. But when you’re suddenly messing up my drink every time I’ve ordered since pointing out the drink that was made incorrectly, it’s much more difficult to accept.

It stinks that u can’t put light ice anymore on the refreshers u want to pay for the drink not the ice! the ice takes up the whole drink I want to get my moneys worth if I was gunna pay for ice I would go home and get it out of the refrigerator!

Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Good tea though, like most Starbucks, it was a little pricey. Cozy place to sit near window. Inside Albertsons on the other side of the flowers

My mother is dedicated to this place everyday to start the day. We forgot the card one day and one of the workers spotted my mom and paid for the order. They are really cool on southern and unser in Rio Rancho. Keep up the gr8 work you guys.☕

I will no longer go to Starbucks. The "Tall shrunk in size by at least 20%-30%. They only have one sugar free syrup choice. You can no longer add your Splenda and half and half to make just like you like it. Six bucks and I can't even get sugar free hazelnut syrup. Starbucks is a total rip off these days.

Starbucks always is the bomb! The lady who served my drink was very friendly. Everything on the menu is super delicious, especially the drink that has all the cookie crumbles and chocolate. The only thing I could complain about is that the Starbucks locations located inside stores don’t except gift cards, but that’s not a big deal.
