Avoid!!! They will close their lobby for no reason. And then you are stuck in the drive-thru line for an hour if you were unlucky to have pre-ordered on the app.

This might actually be the slowest Starbucks in Albuquerque. I’ve waiting in line for over 15 minutes multiple times with just 1-2 cars in front of me. I just bypass this one now.

This is by far the best Starbucks in ABQ! They are always happy, smiling and taking the time to talk to you, ask you how your day is going and most of all they consistently make the best drinks!

I will not be going to ANY Starbucks locations every again, until they change their new recently added bathroom policy:
My morning routine has always consisted of going to this Starbucks location, sitting down with my drink, and studying, when I finish my drink, I go up and purchase a drink from the workers. This has been my routine forever.
Today, March 21st 11:20, I had been studying and went up to ask for the bathroom code. The female worker informed me she would not give me the code unless I purchase something.
I was astonished, I come here often, and have contributed quite a lot to Starbucks.
She was adamant about this, and then I asked for the manager he also likewise informed me of this.
I said I would not go to Starbucks anymore and provide my business to them anymore if they wouldn't be courteous. I drink and buy from them all THE TIME.
The mistreatment I received today has made me determine that I will no longer be a customer of Starbucks.
It is absolutely ridiculous that this is a new policy, I could understand if the person comes in and is studying but is not a regular customer who comes in all the time I can understand.
I could also likewise understand that if it was implemented to mainly affect like homeless people in the city I also understand.
But I am neither of these.
I am no longer associating with Starbucks.

One of the worst experiences I have had a Starbucks. I should have gone to Dutch Brothers instead. Rachel the manager has no people skills. I ordered a hot drink. Very clearly the young lady repeated my order. When I arrived at the window and paid she attempted to hand me a cold drink. I cordially apologized and rejected the drink repeating my order. The young lady had the audacity to argue with me saying they do not make that particular drink hot. Then proceeded to scold me saying I should have asked for it hot if thats what I wanted. This little girl in a full sized body continued to attempt to get a rise out of me. I kindly repeated myself and asked her to go back and fix it. Then much to my surprise the manager Rachel came to the window and attempted to argue with me while saying sorry. 🙁 I told her to please just turn around and go fix it. After a few more rude comments she turned around and complied. Another worker brought my drink. Come on Starbucks!! You all need to bring it down a few notches and try some humility.

Usually Starbucks will remake your drink if it's made wrong my cappuccino was really weak I asked for a remake and the girl at the window was nice about it but the manager Bonnet actually came and scolded me through the window about how I should order it with another shot. When I told him I get them all the time and showed him multiple empty cups in my car he said well I personally watched them make it and walked off. How he made manager is beyond me. Do better Starbucks!
