I ordered to go. I then went to the men's room. I picked up my order and left. While down the road a bit I realized I left my cell phone in the men's room. I drove back and the manager happily handed it too me. I was grateful for the honest staff working there!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I forgot my wallet at home and desperately needed some water. They refused to fill my water bottle for me without a purchase. I’ve spent an enormous amount of money at this Starbucks through the years and their lack of generosity has lost them a loyal customer. It’s Water! And I wouldn’t have even used one of their cups!

Some day they don’t do in-store pick up some days they do without any notification, the drive thru line so long i really didn’t have enough time to pick up my mobile order i already paid for i ended up late at work and didn’t pick up my drink. I called in for a refund right in the parking lot and i believe they told me i couldn’t have full refund of it. Very bad experience.

Ordered a cold brew with sweet cream and received a shaken iced coffee. It has a terribly bad taste and is undrinkable. Tasted like dirty fridge or mold. Very sour. Every drink I have gotten from this location has been bad or wrong. Save your money, go to another location or any other coffee shop.
