Came to have a coffee and loaf. My mother has type 2 diabetes and its difficult for her to find drinks that she can have and enjoy. She showed the barista her sugar free frappe order from her phone she usually gets and I'm guessing there was a problem putting it in that two other baristas popped up and commented how difficult the drink can be to make and a big OMG from the other. My mother was pretty embarrassed when she shouldn't be, not coming back to this location. Sticking to the eubank and central location.

I stopped at this location this morning for coffee n decided to get the free tall coffee it was not at free like the messages or app said instead I was charged for both next time I just do my usual n that’s it they really need to be careful with the messages on the app
Stop at this location at least twice a month. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but love the mango dragon fruit refresher. My wife on the other hand, loves her Starbucks coffees.

A great way to start the day, a custom cup of coffee with foamy frothy low fat milk and a shot of peppermint syrup. A breakfast sandwich gets the day off perfectly.

People are friendly but drinks are never made right. I got the Dubai chocolate and it just tastes like creamy matcha and I’m convinced they didn’t even add the chocolate lol. She tried to argue that it was in there but it’s not which you can see in the photo. That’s how it looked when she gave it to me. Just green. I asked for extra caramel on the frap. The little bit at the top is what they considered extra. Give these baristas some training on how to properly make drinks. Starbucks is worth the price only when they know how to make drinks. That’s the whole point.

I wish they would have done a bit more testing before they got rid of regular drip coffee. The new one-cup-at-a-time machine just doesn't make good coffee - very watered-down with a lot of sludge at the bottom

Pleasant staff. However, the coded entry restrooms are not handicap friendly. Only one restroom was available so waiting in line was necessary and not convenient. Not all disabilities are visible such as wheel chairs, walkers and canes.

Wait time is too high, they deliberately take time by asking for tip while paying. If it’s just a tap, it doesn’t take much time, you select the tip and then pay and then move. Also people are not so active as other Starbucks

I ordered to go. I then went to the men's room. I picked up my order and left. While down the road a bit I realized I left my cell phone in the men's room. I drove back and the manager happily handed it too me. I was grateful for the honest staff working there!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
