Terrible service, the girls we're talking amongst themselves on their radio rather than getting our drinks ready. And when our drinks were ready, our name was not called out, our drinks sat there for 15 - 20 minutes, until I went and checked on the other side of the counter and sure thing they were sitting there. Cold coffees!!!

Very disappointed…my drink wasn’t full. It felt half empty when they handed it to me, but I drove off and didn’t check until later, and it was at least 2 inches empty…After looking at previous reviews from other customers, it looks like this is a very common issue at this location… And it has been going on for years. I’m very disappointed because this is a very convenient location for me on my way to work, but I will not support this Starbucks if it continues to rip off its customers.Also… It is absolutely ridiculous that they are not filling their hot drinks to the top of the cup because they charge MORE for a hot drink than they do for the EXACT SAME drink if it’s iced.

It's often quite busy, and it reflects on the workers. Most Starbucks have chatty and kind people, but I find myself waiting a long time at the window without acknowledgement and the workers just don't treat me the same way they do at other locations, so it feels like a fast food drive through instead of the usually welcoming Starbucks.Drinks are always on par which makes me continue to come here to this location.
This SB is near our house. I have never been inside so I can't comment on the interior. However, the baristas working the drive-thru are always friendly and politeParking: Parking can be a little dicey when there is a string of cars in the drive-thru lane. There is more accessible parking nearby if you don't to get blocked in.

They have a washbasin broken spilling water, I asked them about it and they told me it was like that since couple days ago, I suggested them to close the hose or place a bucket but they simply don't care.

My favorite location I have ever been to! I have never had such phenomenal customer service at a Starbucks in my life. I was there all day doing homework and the employees kept it very clean, a worker by the name of Brennan greeted every customer that came in the doors, even did samples and went to every table offering waters. Great location!! The food was delicious and all the products were well stocked up!
