These are photos of a frappe and a pink drink from a couple of years ago. It seems like they're doing better now. Clean store, plenty of parking. The drive through exit is in a bad spot, right into traffic from the mall it's in. Be very careful.

Everyone with an online order picks up their order from counter. I did the same. I was already at the door leaving when older white lady (not old but older than college aged students per say), she raised her voice at me across the room & told me that I wasn't polite & I should wait next time.I'm just a delivery driver trying to do my job. I wasn't rude to anyone. Her lecturing me was unnecessary. Feb 17th 8:10am

Went in this morning and stood there for a solid two minutes by the counter while the two girls working just talked on their headsets and awkwardly gave me side eye and didn’t get a single morning or asked if I needed help. Ended up leaving because it was such lack of service.

Do NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! During the day it’s great, at night…. Don’t bother. I waited 25 minutes for my order- then the drink was so messed up I brought it back in. The person said he’d remake it, but I was already late at gave them the drink back. I went to my car to get my credit card, for a refund of the drink. When I returned he stated he didn’t need my card, he was able to refund it. When I got back home, there were 2 charges on my account and no refund. I called the store and they said they need my credit card to refund me…. So I have to go back in. Now I was charged 30$ for a drink I never got! The hot coco and cookie for my son were fine. I asked for a manger to call me back and they said sorry, I can only talk to a shift manager, the manager was sick and would not be in anytime soon.Horrible service ever-time I go there at night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble yesterday, I was disappointed ?. Didn't have any chocolate syrup over the whipped cream and it took a very long time for it to be made, which was also disappointing, plus I didn't hear my name called at all. Had to go to the counter to see if my order was done. They only shook out some chocolate flakes on the whipped cream.

Starbucks middle school is in session here. I use the app to order ahead. My orders are wrong 50% of the time. The staff are busy chatting about their sex lives and ignoring customers. Even with orders spelled out in detail they can’t get them right. Because they don’t care. It’s like a middle school in here with petty mean rude staff. There are plenty of other Starbucks and this will be the last visit for me here.

This location is closest to my house so I've become a regular and everyone who works there is great! They basically know my order by heart as I get the same thing everyday. They're all very attentive, friendly, fast working, and greet me by name which makes my day. My order always comes out perfect as well!

Ordered a cappuccino, got to work, across the street I might add, opened the cup to see why my drink was so light, to find it was only filled 1/3 of the way full. Never again will I come to this location. I spent $6 on what??

The worse Starbucks around!!! I ordered my drink ahead got there even after the time it said it was going to be ready. Arrived and waited and waited. I finally asked and then they started my drink and then took their time making it. It took 20 minutes to make an ice tea!!! Never going back there!!!

They are the rudest people. Don’t even know how to make a drink correctly. Then managers dont even care and tell you that if it keeps happening at this location maybe try another one. They dont care about keeping business at all. They also need to get the guys off the drive through. They are a bunch of jerks. And are rude to lots of people.

We ordered 3 drinks: a pumpkin spice latte, soy latte, and my standard Pikes place. They were all delicious and just the right temp. The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly.

As a doordasher for this pass year... Starbucks has been a very very friendly place to go.... every morning when I do doordash... I'm always looking forward to a Starbucks order.. but this recent pickup I had.... this worker at the window named Joey was very rude... I had a double order to pick up and the first order was given but no name was labled.. we kindly asked which order was this and he took awhile to respond.. so when he gave us a name... we kindly asked again for a maker to label the bag ourselves. BUT RUDELY HE SAID IM NOT GIVING MY MAKER... AND TOOK THE ORDER AWAY TO LABEL IT HIMSELF.... AND AS HE TOOK THE BAG... HE POINTED AT US AS IF WE DID SOMETHING WORNG... As a Native American Navajo... I feel Unwanted at this store at the exact moment.... I have stopped at many Starbucks from... Rio Rancho to Albuquerque and Los Lunas... AND NEVER HAD THIS KINDA FEELING TOWARDS A STORE BEFORE...... ??
