It does not taste like Starbucks at all. Lot of the drinks are always bland or so sour. The pastries are not even good either. Service is horrendous and slow. Always busy and crowded. Overpriced on campus then off.

They just opened (re-opened?) and the staff is learning very quickly. They spelled my name completely right the first time I ordered there so I was suspicious, but don't worry they spelled it totally wrong the next time so you know they're getting into the groove. In all seriousness, they're super friendly and all my orders have been right thus far. Having been a batista in the past I know it's a TON to learn and every time I see them looking a little overwhelmed in a rush I have a bit of a nostalgia trip for the old job I used to love. All in all great little Starbucks and I will probably be a regular this semester.

The Starbucks staff is awesome even though they get new staff every year but the supervisors that over see Starbucks are very lackluster and unprofessional

The people who work here are really nice, and I understand they are busy. But stuff has happened too many times for me to leave a good review. Either they lose your order and you stand there for a half hour waiting for something, or they give you the wrong thing. This starbucks pretty consistently gives you things that are worth less than what you ordered (you order a grande, they give you a tall, you order a whole ham and cheese breakfast sandwich $5, they give you a croissant with the same name worth $3.50, etc.) I've worked in food, and I know it's hard sometimes, but it could definately be improved on

Employees exhibit polite interactions with customers. Service is quick and friendly. It can be noted that this store location does not call out your name, but rather your order instead when it is ready. Great place to come by if you are studying and could use the extra caffeine

Good steady and focused management. Attentive courteous employees. My favorite Starbucks. I enjoyed the proper service today. I didn't last more than three minutes on the line. I got my small caramel late so quick. I rate this place 5 stars. Love this location.
