An odd part of town and the entrance to this Starbucks has difficult access. Once inside I was greeted and treated like a King by the friendly employees. Many Starbucks do not rank this well when it comes to friendly service but this one does completely. The coffee is, well, just like all Starbucks and great.

They make their white chocolate mocha latte weird here. I’ve gotten it way too milky multiple times and I usually tip. I went in to see if I could get it fixed this last time and they remade it too milky again I didn’t try it again before I left but the lady their said I assure you there’s two shots of espresso. I don’t like to complain but I’ve never had this problem at any other Starbucks and this drink is too expensive to not get what you pay for.

Unfortunate that I have to write this... employee Nick at the Menaul/Carlisle location proceeded to hang up on my disabled mother after she requested her $4 gift card that the manager said she would receive due to messing up her $10.50 drink.

We will be finding a different location, if Starbucks is going to charge over $10 for a latte please follow the directions. And if you cant follow directions, follow through with what you say you are going to do to with a little professionalism please, or at the very least...with some whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.

Passing through and stopped for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap with an extra shot of espresso. Spent 30 minutes in the drive through and another 10 minutes at the window only to get caramel flavored milk and absolutely no espresso. The gas station coffee I got 15 minutes later was better. Don't waste your time at this location.

I always tell myself not to order from this location, but I do and then I end up disappointed every time. I got a chai latte with coconut milk and it taste like water and syrup. With how much these drinks are costing im expecting a lot more or at least my drink to taste good. The crew is alright. They seem unconcerned.

The worst service in the world right here at Starbucks and they had a person cut in front of me after I waited a few minutes, I walked out without a coffee .. not a good place to be

Always make my coffee the right way I get 2-3 shots extra of espresso. They give me all of em. Starbucks on haines had been making my coffee without those extra shots I paid for, for TWO YEARS 🙃

I went in order $25 worth of drinks and food.And they say they can't break a $100 bill.This is 5 o'clock in the afternoon.They've been open all day. Post a sign saying they don't take anything larger if they won't and stop wasting our time

Honestly, this is my favorite starbucks, but lately on my way to work it's always close. It's supposed to open at 5:30. You go by at 6 and it's closed, then they say it's supposed to open at 430, but they can't even open at 6. It's super frustrating. I don't think as much as I love some of the workers here. I'm going to continue to come here. and honestly, some of my favorite starbuck workers here

Since the mix up of different / new staff, my morning routine before my 12hr shifts have changed drastically which makes me sad I have tried the last couple weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt. The drink never taste like it use to taste I have had to question myself several times if it was the right drink regardless of the sticker on it, which is my favorite drink that is slowly now becoming one i don’t want any longer. I do not have time to go back to have it fixed as I stop on the way into work, so I either have to toss it or bare it and make it go down. I truly miss the regular employees I would see always cheerful, kind and brightening mornings. Sitting in drive thru for 20 plus minutes kinda puts a damper on things as well.

I’d like to thank the woman working the drive thru this a.m for saving me so much money for the rest of the year. I will never be back to Starbucks. Asked for light ice and got spoken too like I was a toddler. If I’m paying almost 8$ a drink I want what I want. Im asking for light ice not a free drink shot or add in.
