I ordered the chocolate cream cold brew and ended up with food poisoning that same day. Something was wrong with the way it tasted, could only drink about 1/4 and that was enough to get me food poisoning. Service was standard. Hopefully people wash their hands at this location.

Don’t ever go to this store, my friend was order the drink online and went there to pick up. However, after the first time check up with the store, they said they couldn’t find our oder and the second time my friend came back to check it again and the manager of the store just so rude and keeps standing there and argue back, saying that we shouldn’t go back after 4 hours ordering?? We have just order 2 hours ago including the second time picking up.

We got a mobile order at 4:43pm today with a caramel cribbon crunch frappe and a iced matcha lavender foam. Another person came and picked up drinks for us and we missed our order. We came back again to ask at around 6:50pm and the lady was so rude to us. We politely asked her to check the order again and she just kept saying someone picked up already and they not gonna remake again. Also, she kept telling me don’t ever come after 3 hours for the mobile pickup order. Like it wasn’t even three hours and we literally live just a minute from the store. The way she talked to us was so rude and disrespect. Don’t ever come to this Starbucks, they have terrible customer service.

My wife and her friends met there this evening. The staff we're extremely rude and inpatient. We will not be going to any Starbucks locations anymore. We ended up leaving without even ordering. We will be going to Ziggi's, Scooter's and Dutch Brother's from now on.

420 Beauty Queen

Today my husband went out of the kindness of his heart to get me Starbucks with ballon’s this morning for Valentine’s Day ! While I was get ready for work like normal I was drinking my starbeees! Right it was almost finished and then I toook a big gulp and felt a sharp object in my mouth ! I instantly pull it out and it was an aluminum or some type of metal from something! I thought I was okay after pulling it out of my mouth and BAMMMMMMMP I felt a hard scrape on the back of my throat I instantly started throwing up ! As soon as I got to a point that I could breath I had I grabbed my husband and he call Starbucks the woman who answered the phone was very rude to him after telling her what had just happened! Her response was “ I’m sorry to hear but I can remake the drink but I can’t refund my husband hung up not mowing what to do he didn’t want to argue …I felt that, that was unexceptionable so I call back again this time asking for a manager. A woman again answered the phone and after asking for a manager she right away informed me that there was no manager at that location at that time . I let her know again what had happened that the woman who may have or may have no been on the phone previously to my husband was calling was very rude! I also informed her again of the situation that had happened with my pink drink, instantly start talking over me and being rude ! She said and I quote “ I can give you a refund but only for the pink drink “. What do you guys think I literally took in a metal object into my body ? I think I should get a refund for my WHOLE ENTIRE ORDER not only did I take in metal but I now am insured that they are not CAPABLE OF MEETING THE HEALTH PROTOCALLS ? AT THIS POINT IM NOT SURE IF ANYTHING I PURCHASE FROM THEM WAS SAFE TO EAT OR DRINK. I did contact eveyone I can think of contacting which is the corporate, as well as cdc health. The location I went to was the Starbucks 3501 Menaul Blvd NEAlbuquerque, NM 87107United StatesI DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THEREIf anyone has any advice I could really use it !

The lady at the register named Sadie was rude. I told her I had a big order (18 medicine drinks for my crew) her attitude when I ordered was ugly. She’s behind the counter complaining while there’s a store full of customers. Not professional at all. If you don’t like your job don’t work in the public. Period.To the last that made our drinks, THANK YOU!
