Best smelling shop in town. Laid back way to start the day, so eschew the drive-through and go inside. An Americano may sound basic, but there's more ways to get it wrong than perfect. If you're particular, give these guys a try.

This is probably one of the best locations in the whole city. The food is top notch The service is incredible and every time we go through this drive-through or come inside everyone is always kind and attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere is the best in town with the most comfortable furniture.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. I think Starbucks corporate needs to give a look at this location in terms of the customer service level and really assess training here. The employee working the drive-through this morning was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills?

Rude cashier and staff. We arrive stand at the register for about 4 minutes. No acknowledgement while 2 are standing around watching some on put a trash liner in the trash can. They saw us. Finally my wife had to get their attention ( I personally would have just left, but…). Anyway, then no eye contact. Then she takes my wife’s order, but not mine (and, I did not have my invisible man suit on either ??). Just all around lousy, rude, ambivalent, and unprofessional!

I ordered the bacon sausage wrap, which was so dry with only a couple of small pieces of meat for $7. I don't even think it had cheese in it. If it did, it was so minimal I couldn't taste or see it and it didn't aid the dryness of the burrito. I don't frequent Starbucks often either so I didn't know the usual process and the drive-through person didn't explain very well. I had a gift card from a coworker but wasn't told the amount on it. Instead of her saying something like, "Ok there was $5 on the gift card, that leaves $2 still owing. How would you like to pay for that?" She just said, "Ok $2 and would you like to keep the card?" So that confused me.
