The staff at the store in Albuquerque, NM, on Alameda and Washingtinon, Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. saved me from a very stressful situation with such kindness and grace, and I'm so grateful to them. The McMahon location completely messed up my coffee order, I think they maybe just gave me the wrong order, it was not my PSL. I was already on the road and unable to turn around, this location fixed their mistake without questions asked and we’re so polite about it! Definitely returning to this location moving forward as it’s closest to where I work :) thanks! I forgot the young lady’s name, but she wore black framed glasses and has dark hair. Thank u! Made my day with my favorite latte!

this is my favorite location ever, staff are always extremely nice and never mess up my order unlike other locations .. however this visit there was a bug in my drink and didn’t notice until after I finished it 😭 5 stars because this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience.

I'm changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review as this place has significantly improved over the last 6-8 months. Customer service is better, drinks are being made properly, etc. I'm happy with the improvement!

First, the coffee is fine and the staff great. BUT, that’s not why I go to a Starbucks. The INTERNET IS AWFUL, so slow I can barely check my email! Uploading my photos is a tenth of the sped of my phone on 4g!! The bathrooms are clean but there’s some hokey public sink and I could never do my makeup there. There’s ONE (1) table where I can plug in my laptop. I will not be back to this Starbucks. It lacks the things I go to a Starbucks for, and that’s unfortunate because it’s obviously a new facility.

This staff does not know the free refill drink policy. Order took forever even though there was only one other group in there. Music was lame. They also do not call out your drink when it’s ready.
