The staff at the store in Albuquerque, NM, on Alameda and Washingtinon, Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. saved me from a very stressful situation with such kindness and grace, and I'm so grateful to them. The McMahon location completely messed up my coffee order, I think they maybe just gave me the wrong order, it was not my PSL. I was already on the road and unable to turn around, this location fixed their mistake without questions asked and we’re so polite about it! this is my favorite location ever, staff are always extremely nice and never mess up my order unlike other locations .. however this visit there was a bug in my drink and didn’t notice until after I finished it 😭 5 stars because this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience.
