Is this the budget Starbucks? Why are they always out of everything? And if you go through the drive, plan to wait at least 15 minutes every time.

I went for brewed coffee now starbucks uses a kcup like individual serng so,I asked for a pour over ant the person behind the counter rolled her eyes. I immediately left. I won't be going back

My drink wasn’t topped properly with enough pumpkin spice topping. The topping on my drink is smaller than a pinch. Seems like they forgot and dropped a little in the hole. The drink is still good but those little details of making a drink properly and not skimping on ingredients are what keeps customers satisfied and them coming back. Guess it’s time to only support local coffee shops.

The only issue I have with this location, is its location. It's hard to get into and out of. Too close to a freeway exit and entrance. Other than that, great service.

This location needs better training and management. I went today to order a venti pumpkin spice latte, a venti carmal frappuccino with extra carmal drizzle and ADD 2 shots of affogato to the cup I also ordered a espresso on the side. I told the lady 3 times about the order at the drive up. We I went to the window no one repeated my order and just charged me I thought it would be correct after repeating myself. But when I got my order it was wrong the employee looked at me like I was stupid and didn't know what affogato was so I explained to her since she didn't ask anyone. After expressing my concern they fixed it but didn't give me my side I ordered. The manager came to the window and rolled her eyes and just laughed as we walked away. Poor service and management.

As an avid Starbucks drinker, this location is by far the worst location to visit in Albuquerque. It is the most unethical, unprofessional, inefficient and messy store. The female staff members make the interactions insufferable (they lack customer service). I’ve given this location several opportunities in hopes that I had gone on a bad day. However, they are consistent in making drinks undrinkable because of how horrible they taste, not being able to keep up with the traffic they get and allowing for their bad days/moments to bleed out onto customers. Opportunities would be to revamp the staff, more thorough training on customer service (especially since they are the face of the company), and basic training on handing clean cups rather than sticky, messy all around. Also, follow preexisting instructions on how to make drinks correct and flavorful. The female staff primarily make it seem as though they are being held against their will. If you decide to stop here because it’s on the way, be sure to order on the app rather than in person, because even placing an order feels like an argument at this location. It's a shame that we as consumers are gladly willing to spend our hard-earned money and understand that there may be wait times, only to be discouraged after the first interaction/sip due to low quality. Any other Starbucks location is a better option at this point and an additional 5-minute drive is worth it.

I think the guy making the coffees was just guessing cause I got something not even close to my order. And it took 15 minutes. But I did get to hear about all their drama from the night before while waiting. Don't go to this Starbucks

Ordered a grande Brown Sugar Oatmilk espresso. Barista at the window let me know that the made my drink wrong and accidentally added an extra shot and said she could remake it. She made me a new one and gave me the incorrect drink. The correct one tasted terrible :(

always end up giving me the wrong order, I understand mistakes happen. But if I order a talle and you mess up and give me/charge a venti, that’s when customers service skills suppose to kick in, don’t just stare at the customer as if there’s absolutely nothing you can do it about it. They always messing up my orders tho, maybe their window speaker don’t work. They even gave me a dirty cup before… So unfortunate.
