We ordered in the drive thru because the lobby was closed at 5:30 pm, and I noticed they charged me gratuity. Why ?? If they already charge enough for the coffee, honestly, the price is high + gratuity, I think is not fair

Wow absolutely terrible service. Was the only one in line and it took over 7 minutes to make my drinks? To add an extra insult you're going to fill up my coffee half way? No wonder Dutchbros has more business than this dog water establishment

This location is one of the slowest drive throughs in the history of SBUX. They sound friendly at the speaker, then you wait and wait and wait... and think, it's okay they might be busy, or someone called in, until you get the window and find out that the girl at the window just chatting with another girl in her car, and posing for a Pic through the window. If you're in a hurry, stop somewhere else.
