always end up giving me the wrong order, I understand mistakes happen. But if I order a talle and you mess up and give me/charge a venti, that’s when customers service skills suppose to kick in, don’t just stare at the customer as if there’s absolutely nothing you can do it about it. They always messing up my orders tho, maybe their window speaker don’t work. They even gave me a dirty cup before… So unfortunate.
My favorite Starbucks by far. Gibson location always gets my matcha right! Every time I go to a different location the matcha is clumpy and nasty like they don’t put love into making it. But Gibson gets it right every time👏 also Gibson’s staff is amazing and always welcoming. Good job & thank you guys!!
this location likely open its lobby at 05:00. i arrived around 05:30, and the lobby is open.
if you have been driving a long time and need to clean out your cup, know that it is difficult to do so in this type of sink. so either bring in a smaller cup, or carry water in your car to rinse your coffee cup out with, or angle larger travel mugs. i got the job done, though i’d prefer one tall spigot to rinse out my mug with. that’s just a personal preference,...
