I hate negative reviews but the Starbucks unfortunately can not get it right, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is or who is there my drinks are never made correctly and there just normal Drinks off the menu. I have even driven back to have a matcha remade since it was 90% foam and when I asked for a remake they made it exactly the same way, why are matchas being blended? Should it not be shaken instead? The employee did seem inconvenienced and tried to make an excuse, I now have to drive further up the road to a different location because I know if I come here it will be wrong, maybe retraining would help improve.

This Starbucks is consistently fast and friendly, which is all you can really ask from one. They never mess up my sometimes-complicated drinks, and regularly recommend good food pairings. My only complaint is sometimes the parking lot/drive thru gets backed up, but that isn’t really the stores fault.
Primarily leaving this review so the SM sees me say that Lily is the sweetest barista though, and she deserves some internal recognition!

I wouldn't say I go there a lot my to go order is a vintage Java Chip frappuccino which they no longer do but they can still make it they just have to charge you I don't know if I'm the only one that orders of Java Chip frappuccino

Don’t use the drive through. Took 20 min for three cars and you can’t escape once in line. People are pleasant just incredibly slow.

Employees are sometimes rude, service is slow and the parking lot and drive thru are a joke especially in the morning. Not sure who designed the parking lot but they need a new job 🤔 I'd rather drive the distance to another Starbucks.

If you order in the app, use drive thru to pick up! If you go inside to pick up you are not a rush like drive thru. I sent my order about 10 minutes before I got there and still waited another 20 minutes inside. Just a heads up.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in Albuquerque! I usually visit a couple times a week and now most of the employees recognize me and now that I prefer a specific type of lid. 😂 They also often write sweet little notes on the drinks which can make a difference in my day during tough times! 💜
I was in a hurry and they were very busy today. I asked if I could just return later to get my drink made but they were kind and made mine right then. So grateful!

Slowest starbucks I've ever been to. When I ordered inside, they forgot to make one of the drinks. When I ordered on app for drive thru, they kept asking me questions, like how I would pay or if I'm doordash. They are very disorganized.
