Danielle is the manager who refused to return my money when they were extremely slow and refused to open the lobby doors. I ordered online to save time and convenience and it was more of a waste. I guess I wasted 25.00 at this outdated joint. GO TO DUTCH BROS! they're faster, cheaper, and more professional.

although google maps says that this location is open at 05:00, they only allow drive through orders to make money off of us. they do not open the lobby, so i could not clean out my cup in the bathroom, so i could not order. to me, this is sub standard service. if the drive through is open, they should allow customers to come into the lobby. i wanted to clean my cup so i could order, but i could also have used the bathroom after driving for a while. many places in ABQ now want to make money through the drive through but not open their lobbies. (in some places, even after 7 pm, they close the lobby. i haven’t returned to this location to see when they close there lobby in the evening. if i do, ill update those or post again.) i assume that the food and beverages are good quality. i didn’t order.

So when we arrived we had to get the attention of the barista that was standing right in front of us but didn't bother to acknowledge us. Took a while for the drinks. Went to get one that was ready and asked if the other drink for us and the female rudely said there was a sticker on the drink. Was my second time there and I had not ordered a drink before. Super rude. Drinks were lukewarm at best. Not impressed.

Employees were incredibly rude at me at the drive thru. I asked twice for a hot beverage and when they gave me an iced one they got so pissed as if it was my fault. HORRRIBLE

The last 2 times I went to Starbucks they got my drink wrong. Then yesterday they said they no longer have Carmel mochas or toffee nut syrup. The service is friendly but I'm going to Dutch brothers from now on. More choices, less expensive they get it right and they're just as friendly.

The whole point of a Starbucks is to sit and visit to meet. I get that the homeless people try to go in but that is when you need different employees that deal with all kinds of people from all different walks of life. No chairs to sip my ten dollar coffee...

Third time here and third time drinks are incorrect and seems like staff does not have a clue about the new drink menu. Staff is not friendly, drinks are not cheap to be getting poor made drinks.

Weird vibe. 4 staff members 2 working while the other 2 were cussing and talking very loudly about their personal issues. Made me and my husband super uncomfortable.

Poor delegation of staff and prioritizing of orders. I walked in and ordered a regular coffee. Granted it was busy, but.....I waited over 30 minutes to get my coffee. Just a drip coffee...nothing else. When I asked if they should get my name for the order since they had so many drinks going out....they just gave me an attitude and said they would just call out the drink when it was ready. I waited another 10 minutes while people who ordered after me walked out with their drinks before asked about my coffee one last time before I finally got it. Not a great experience, won't be revisiting this Starbucks any time soon.
