Great experience. The prink drink was just how I like it and had plenty of strawberries. The matcha was super tasty. The black tea with mango was surprisingly delicious and very tasty.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and incredible service. Pretty standard for Starbucks and the drive-thru seemed very efficient. Workers are proactive about giving customers a good experience.I have one concern: who decided that the chairs should be removed and that the outlets should be covered with plates? I don’t see why hostile architecture is being employed against paying customers. At least update the images so that nobody else blows money on an Uber here..

Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes without moving at 6:18am. I work half a mile down the road, and this place made me late. I couldn't even leave if I wanted to with the drivethru, basically trapping you in until you reach the cashier. I didn't get to the window until 6:35am. Are the employees here not allowed to drink coffee? There's no sense of urgency.

This is the "downtown" Starbucks, and they get ALOT of business, but even if the drive-thru line is 15-20 cars long, they still get you served and on your way in about 5 minutes, with a smile. Good job!

The staff was hands down the friendliest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to and that is saying quite a bit. They thought they were out of the praline chestnut latte when we ordered at the window so we changed the order and when we got to the window they confirmed they did have the ingredients to make it so they made that along with the changed order for us but only charged for the changed order. And apologized for the confusion. Super sweet!!

The manager at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not understand the terms of Starbucks coupons and refused to give me the discount even after me showing it to him. He told me I could go somewhere else but at his store he wasn't going to honor it. My order was messed up, and he shoved the drinks at me and turned his back refusing to talk. It's unacceptable for a manager to behave in that way.

Sat in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes. Then when we got our order white mocha hot & a blended frappe (which wasn't blended) both drinks tasted horrible. That was the first time I ever had bad experience at Starbucks. I'll never go there again. The guy at window couldn't even count
