They are good most of the time but if it’s after 7:30/8 it taste like they don’t put coffee in their shaken espressos or any kind of Frappuccino

I ordered medium hot matcha through the walk up window and they gave me a medium hot chai instead. Then I went through the drive through to get my order fixed and they wanted to give me small matcha, I told them no, I paid for a medium then they all had a conversation about it and were like oh yea she did order a medium. I mean I even returned the hot medium chai and they saw it was a medium. Ok so then they get to work on the medium hot matcha: I take a sip and it tastes bad. What milk did they even use !? I just wanted regular milk, that’s what I had ordered. I’m really frustrated too because they didn’t give me a receipt. Moral of the story don’t use the walk up since it seems like they can’t hear you well . The breakfast sandwich they gave me was good. But all that work for 1/2 of what I ordered being correct.

This is one of the 2 only starbucks that get my order just how I like it and it tastes amazing and not watered down like other locations around and they're pretty close to my house. I ordered their summer boba drink and it was so good I loved it. I also have had the dragonfruit drinks and they're made perfectly with good portions of extra dragonfruit it feels like it's worth the extra money
