Went to get my coffees today’s- they handed me an overflowing coffee with Carmel drizzle all on the outside of the cup and said “ sorry it’s over flowing a little be careful” and it literally spills on my WHITE pants. I asked for her to remake it and when she did she gave me a coffee that was not filled to the correct part. I’m a barista myself so it’s just a little unfortunate that MY coffee and MY experience had to be like that today. & now my white pants are ruined on top of it. Super unsatisfied - I should’ve taken a pic of the over flowing cup but unfortunately i had to clean myself up. Pics below are my damaged white pants and the pic of the coffee is how they gave me a new one.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and they are the best! I have never waited more then 2 mins in the drive thru even during rush hour and my drinks are always made correctly, I genuinely love this Starbucks their so friendly and efficient, anyone who says different must be dramatic because this location is the only one that I will go too.

I always go to Gibson and mulberry, but I had to be at work asap so I stopped at this one the amazing lady who made my drink trintee was very nice and helped me out I will be coming back to this one .

We do not agree to continue buying your coffees since you need coffee imported from Latin America and Mexico and on the other hand you support the extreme decisions and violence against the Latin community, for my part I will not buy anything else

They put 0 effort, I told them it wasn't right abandon at the window was then told after they gave me the drink they ran out of ingredients for said drink. Tasted like peppermint water. Girl was rude when I tried to tell walked off Atleast my son liked his cake pop

They need to keep the pecan oat milk crunch on the menu permanently! It's the best thing ever I have tried anything and everything too compared to it for when it goes out of season and there's nothing. Anyways besides that this location always does great my dream tastes the way I wanted to and all the workers are genuinely nice courteous and good at their job.

Went into the Gibson location and ordered a White Mocha between 9am-10am. I experienced excellent service from Trineete. Highly recommend others to visit that store.
I went to Starbucks this right before close not realizing it. So I apologize to my barista Megan who said it was no worry that she doesn’t mind. She told me with her bright welcoming smile she gets to see new faces, and her regulars when this happens. She was even so kind to keep conversation going while I waited for my drink, instead of just standing there awkwardly. She is such a sweet soul, Megan thank you for your help today! You’re awesome!

Every time I go through the drive-through no matter who is there to take my order or hand it to me I have received excellent service.I will pull in and there will be a line of cars, but I have never seen a line move as quickly then this drive-through on Gibson and Palomas.The manager is amazing. He has hired a spectacular staff that always smiles and gets my morning off to an amazing start.!
