This is one of the only ABQ locations that knows how to make a great Iced Shaken Espresso(STRONG). Trinitee was super helpful in making suggestions and got me hooked on a Blonde Iced Shaken Espresso! Wonderful service and Baristas!
Drive-thru was fast and super friendly! Mobile order was done on time and followed customization.

I placed a mobile so I can go through the drive thru the short guy at the window was fine the first drink then it came to the second drink he said to park in the front and my friend told him that's why I placed a mobile order so that I didn't have to wait and that's when he demanded me to park. So he walked away and I could see his rude hand gestures and then another bigger guy with a hat came for intimidation or something and again my friend explained to him again the whole reason of placing a mobile order was so I don't have to wait my friend wasn't being rude or anything and then the guy demanded me to park in the front and said again whats the whole point of a mobile order if i have to wait my friend said that's ok I'll wait here and the worker said then you won't get your drink and I'll refund you and I said your not my give me my drink because I won't pull around and he said yes. That's when I heard the 1st guy that helped us say don't waist your time on making the drink. And my friend asked him you're not going let up are you and the worker said no im not and said im not giving you your refund. I got the impression that they hadn't even started my drink yet, mind you from the time placed the mobile to the time I got to the window it had been almost 10 min. I can not believe that there are employees working at starbucks which have such an awful attitude towards their customers. It should be posted that you must park in front if drinks aren't ready in time, instead of having employees demanding customers to park. This happened at 9am I had to go to work that's the whole reason why I placed a mobile order so I didn't have to wait. I never got a refund for my drink that I paid for and never received I never felt so undermined and disrespected before and to top it off my friends drink tasted weird like spoiled milk. I will never forget this horrific experience

I had order a caramel frappe crunch and tasted like it had creme couldn't taste the coffee in it and my sugar plum had a crunchy from another pastries but they made it correctly but was dissatisfied with

I’ve been ordering coffee here for over a year recently I order different coffees and they always mess up this time for the third time in the role they have not put coffee inside my cup I will never come back to the Starbucks

This Starbucks actually maintains the "neighborhood place to hang out" that Starbucks has tried to establish as its brand.Too bad corporate got rid of the raspberry for coffee drinks, as I only enjoyed the "Big Al": raspberry mocha frappacino with cinnamon blended and whipped on top.I'll keep coming to this Starbucks to visit with friends and sip on a drink... just wish I could indulge in my favorite drink with my favorite Kim Harrison series....

Cashier verbally asks If i'd like to leave a tip and then runs my card for me. It's kind of awkward. We like to decide to leave our tip on our own without having to be confronted by it.
