Starbucks

everything is fine—just a typical starbucks—but wish they wouldn't sweep the floors while we're sitting here. it seems to happen every time we're here and you can see the dust (not just a few standard specks) flying around in the air.

Everytime I come here is a mistake.

Coffee and staff were great. This place needs to be cleaned up a bit. All the tables were dirty. Floors were dirty too. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Kid-friendliness: This place is fine for kids!

I ordered a cup of ice water and the Mgr. advised me that it is Company policy that I will need to make a purchase first . So I said I will be right back having placed an order. When I returned he stated that I will need to go to the end of a long line with customers that entered after I had arrived
I questioned why since I was already here ?
He stated that I have an attitude & he will refuse to serve me and not ever return if I did not calm down!

The staff here is awesome. Always a happy face and positive attitude.

Only lowered in stars because my Carmel frappe the last 2 times has tasted like burnt coffee. And the coffee is the reason I go to Starbucks, you know?

As do many of the other regulars.
I like that.
It makes me feel welcome.
(Even if I forget to take off my nametag)

I do ask if food items are available, the menu doesn't always reflect the stock.

All my orders have been correct.
And on the RARE occasion it's wrong, or not to my liking. It was remade, WITH A SMILE.

BEING SO CLOSE TO A TRANSPORTATION HUB.

The atmosphere is HARD to control.

(I adore the staff is soo ready to supply "ice cold water", we live in the high desert.)

The staff at this location is the absolute worst They are the most unorganized There is always at least six Workers there but only two or three of them actually working I was given my food and still have to wait fifteen minutes for my coffee
