I am high-school student iv been going to this starbucks for my whole high-school experience plus some and im a senior I asked for a iced caramel coffee with Carmel drizzle and whip cream this dyed blond Hispanic gay male took my order and he got it wrong the first time he handed me a iced black coffee venti and I don't like black coffee I wanted a sweet coffee so I proceeded to tell him politely that the color of the coffee was spossed to be a light brown and there was spossed to be carmel and he gave me a dirty look and was rude about re making it even though I was being kind it was a 11 dollar drink so I wanted to make shure it's not something im not gonna drink which iv done before . So when he brought the drink out it still wasn't right and he put foam on top instead of whip cream and I dident even see much caramel. So I went to school sat down in my class and took a sip of my 11$ drink and i ene up sucking up a phlegm which is a jiggly booger you get when your sick it was big and I immediately throw up in the classroom in front of my peers after that I was extremely traumatized from iced caramel coffee of any sort and I don't even trust this starbucks or any anymore it's traumatized me and im barley coming out with this now because after that happened I haven't wanted to even interact with this starbucks happened around 10 or so days ago do not recommend it was awful never have experienced that before and im 10000 %shure it was indeed a jiggly booger that I sucked up in the straw

Not a bad experience but this location does close really early which is weird. Only issue was I ordered pumpkin muffin and got a pumpkin loaf

My old lady spark plugs went out in the drive thru. The cashier noticed and had her staff push it into the parking lot. They were nice and helping.

It took 40 minutes to get through the drive thru this morning . There were plenty of staff at this location so they weren't short on workers. I thought the drive thru is suppose to be faster.

At 7:37 pm they had no Pike place and no Frappuccinos because they were closing at 8. I honestly expected better from Starbucks especially for the price.
I highly recommend this place to coffee lovers, especially at this location. I think this is by far the most quiet, respectful Starbucks I've been to other than the Eubank and Central location. Keep up the amazing work, everyone. Thank you, ALL.

This location rocks! I wish I would have got the name of my specific Barista last time I went. I have a dairy allergy. Starbucks is known for high possibility of cross contamination and they're not always accommodating to allergy's so I usually order things that won't receive cross contamination ex: drinks made inside the cup they stay in. However, the last barista went above and beyond to ask if I had an allergy (based off my questions I asked her) and offered to make me what I wanted with clean mixers/utensils. I appreciate her so much and it makes someone feel very good when they're already limited to what they can have out in public places.
