Very convenient for students. Love the service. They recently hired a new person, I noticed that even though I bring my own cup the new hire doesn't give me credit for it. Kinda impacts me going sometimes.

Service is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location the exceptionWheelchair accessibility: On the first floor with multiple entrances. Button doors available at the main entrance to the bookstore. Elevator available for access to second and third floor of building

Really horrible service, employees are not even dressed in the right uniform, very low patience from all employees especially the manager and got upset when I asked him if I could have no ice on my drink, accidentally bump into the cups that they have very inconvenient place right in the middle of everything but I accidentally knocked down a cup and put it back since I didn't see any damage but as I was waiting for my drink he shouts out loud in the busy Starbucks that I had to pay for it since I broke it and I told him okay that's fine but there was a line so I waited, as I was waiting maybe 3 minutes later he shouted and reminded me and everyone else that I still had to pay for it and threatened to call the police and have me kicked out and trespassed, I just payed for the the cup that barely was chipped on the lid and called him out that he didn't have to be ballistic about it and everyone heard and he just got quite, and at the end I didn't even get a recipe

Meh. I'll stick to my eBay 5# bags of blonde roast. Love the coffee and the people, if it weren't for the gift card, wouldn't have done it. 6 bucks for a coffee drink. Grateful for my 30 plus years in the business and it may ability to make a cappuccino and any other drink I want Frozen iced or hot.
Really nice staff, super convenient location for students needing their caffeine fix, surprisingly fast considering they’re low staffed (like every other business in abq right now). Will definitely be making this a regular stop while I’m on campus ??
