It's NOT wheelchair accessable. There is NO indoor wheelchair seating. Do not believe google. We parked in the handicap space, found the wheelchair ramp, and arrived at a walkup order window. We were told to wheel over to the grocery store nearby to use the bathroom. Thanks a lot guys. That was going way out there to be helpful. Perhaps, just perhaps this location should be listed as DRIVE THRU only in bold lettering for visitors. Disappointed all the way around.

What I can say about this Starbucks is that they water down there drinks so much it’s not worth the six dollars. You have to pay don’t go here. It’s awful.

Let me preface this by saying I’m at Starbucks DAILY! I order the EXACT SAME THING each day. Hot Matcha late, oat milk, no foam, classic sweeter, when it’s a grande I ask for 4 pumps rather than 2. But the only thing that changes.

My first time going here the issue was they didn’t remove the foam at all. Today, my third time going here, I ordered my usual, got the drink and it’s full of foam. I go back and have them remake it, they do it thee EXACT same way again! I’m not sure if it’s due to my race or what cause I’m not white but it isn’t that hard to remake a drink and after being told EXACTLY what someone wants, why is it still an issue. The last one they took the foam off but didn’t put any sweetener! Like they were trying to be funny! I guess if you’re darker than the sand this isn’t the location for you!

Funny, I have two degrees, one in communication and another in nursing so I don’t expect anyone to be as smart as me, but at least have basic comprehension skills I mean, your nearly working fast food! LOL

I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, and caramel macchiato with oat milk and 5 shots. It was THAT kind of morning for me. :p

I stopped on the way to the dog park with my pup, and we were very pleasantly helped by an employee named Liza. She assured me, “oh I ALWAYS have time for a pup cup!” She was so warm towards my dog.

The entire appearance of the atmosphere of this store— and the appearance of our barista— was clean and warm and welcoming. It looked moderd and chic.

It was a really nice interaction with her this morning. I noticed how big and open the store was because the large windows. They can nice mugs displayed of Albuquerque themed decor on them. I noticed it, and put in the back of my mind for a gift later on.

Disorganized. Lattes came half full. It’s drive thru only so in order to get it fixed you have to get back in line. Update: tried to get assistance online per their response. They refused to help because I didn’t use their app when I purchased.
