Wife and I stopped by Sunday afternoon during our one night stopover in Albuquerque on our way home to Texas. Didn’t have to sell us on their Blue Bell ice cream which we love. Wife loved her pistachio with generous chocolate syrup. I had a cookies‘n’cream milk shake which unfortunately had far too much milk added and not enough ice cream so it was like drinking cookies’n’cream flavored liquid….So disappointed!!
Not quite was I was hoping it would be - I was looking for a creamery that made their own flavors, but this place just had Blue Bell ice cream and no indoor seating (it was raining). Plus my cone was stale. Oh well; at least the ice cream was good.
I’m very confused to the recent negative reviews this shop has received. My family has been coming to this shop for awhile now and we go every chance we get. The staff is always professional, positive, and prompt. My daughter more specifically adores Rachel. She continuously goes above and beyond to make my children feel special. I highly recommend this shop as they serve various types of ice creams, drink flavors, and other specialty items.
