I’m very confused to the recent negative reviews this shop has received. My family has been coming to this shop for awhile now and we go every chance we get. The staff is always professional, positive, and prompt. My daughter more specifically adores Rachel. She continuously goes above and beyond to make my children feel special. I highly recommend this shop as they serve various types of ice creams, drink flavors, and other specialty items.
The young man working here obviously takes pride in his work! I watched him make a banana split for someone ahead of me and it was a work of art! (See picture included with my review.) I love that they will make a milkshake using ANY FLAVOR of ice cream! (I chose Rocky Road.) My husband got a single scoop hot fudge sundae. Then we sat at a little covered table on the sidewalk out front.
Wonderful establishment. The actual store is a bit cramped and has an awkward layout, but the products and the service are top-notch. They have Blue Bell ice cream, which is personally one of my favorites, and their prices are just a bit lower than their competition a couple doors down. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful, and accommodating when I ask for something a little off the beaten path. There's lots of outdoor seating so that you don't have to eat...
