No sign to seat yourself had to ask customer if we seat ourselves. We got a table but no one came around for about 10 minutes they saw us but didn’t bother to come service us. Host came by FINALLY but was snubbed towards us. This place sucks! Would rate NO star if I could. Do not come here you’re better off going somewhere else.

My husband and I go here fairly often for lunch since it's close to our work... Today our waitress, Shannon, was the BEST by far!! Usually the waitresses just "do their job" and the bare minimum of friendliness.. Shannon actually spoke TO us and checked on us often and was outgoing and friendly... You can tell she cares about her customers and her job. Maybe the other waitresses there should either be trained better or just find different jobs where they don't have to talk to people..lol.. Shannon, you are awesome!?

Ordered a reuben. Took two bites and in my mouth found one of those square plastic bread ties. Called the bartender over and showed it to her. Didnt yell, didnt curse, never raised my voice. explained I knew it wasnt her fault. The bar offered to taker the sandwich off my bill. quite magnanimous. Was actually quite calm about finding a wedge of plastic in my food. Finished my beer, tipped the bartender and went to leave. Stopped to talk to some work colleagues at another table and the manager accosted me , accused me of berating the bartender( which was a total lie) and attempted to make me the problem rather than the plastic wedge in his food. It was the first time I had any contact with the manger as he felt it not important earlier to come say anything about the fact i almost swallowed a sharp plastic object in his food. Made it clear i had no right to complain about objects in the food and that i was in the wrong for bringing it to anyones attention. It seemed he considered it my fault. The place obviously needs to overhaul its kitchen practices and its customer service policies.

Jessica was our server, and she was stellar. She was very busy however handled all customers attentively. She was awesome!!!
Attention Management: We have been going to Stone Face for 25 years and have never encountered really bad service, slow service, but not horrible. Well, we went on Friday June 21, 2024, and I believe it will be our last time going. We sat at the bar top, and the Bartender Marie came by asking what we wanted. My Husband ordered an IPA, and I asked about what kind of Red Wine does she have? She replied Cabernet & Noir. I asked her what brand the Pinot Noir was, and she could not tell me. She then asked if I wanted a drink menu, and I received one. OK, no big deal so far, I ordered my wine and received it. So, then the service got really bad and uncalled for. We wanted another round; Marie was standing by the cash register, and we were not far away from her. We motioned to her that we would like another, she clearly saw this as she looked right at us, she drank her water and turned and walked away. Really? Never have I had a Bartender do this as it was clear she was not happy in her job at all, but do not take it out on the customer. We had to flag down the other Bartender or Bar Back not sure what her position was in order to cash out as we certainly were not getting anywhere with Marie. Needless to say, Marie Did Not Get a Tip and I have never done that, but she obviously did not deserve one and having employees like her Stone Face your losing business.
