I love Stripes! So much that instead of door dashing for my event, I went to pick my burritos up. Service was awesome, and it’s a great location for us. Today I ordered 8 Chicharron breakfast burritos, and I am disappointed. There were hardly any chicharrones, it was mostly potatoes, and underdone potatoes at that. I was hoping for the quality I’m used to from Stripes. I’ll try again, but not anytime soon.
GOTTA get chorizo extra meat, smothered red. So good. NM Pinon Coffee is a welcome taste treat. Veteran owned and involved with vets. Great combination. Waiting on them to go public so I can BUY IN. Earn your culinary stripes, GET IN TODAY.
Large Smothered breakfast burritos x3. 2nd time getting takeout from Coors location.
Pros: Decent size/value for the $.
Tortillas are not rubbery.
Green chile is tastey but could be hotter.
Cons: Red chile is not fresh but canned/jarred. Using a local frozen red chile, would make a better product.
An extra charge of $.90 for a tbsp or 2 of garnish is ridiculous when pico/salsa/tomatoes are only $.40.
