Was all set to enjoy one of these highly rated breakfast burritos. But the restaurant is closed at 10:30 in the morning on Sunday. Everything I read says that they're open. So maybe they're closed permanently?

These Stripes Burrito places have popped up all over Albuquerque. I've gotten breakfast burritos several times now. The Best in Town! Plus they donate part of their proceeds to the VA hospital here. My favorite so far is the carne adobada. My husband and i usually split a large. They're huge!

Another great little business that could not weather the New Mexico COVID restrictions storm. Such a shame and we will miss them.

Yuck! Very disappointing. Go somewhere else or you can probably make yourself a much better burrito at home. Trust me. Ordered this morning at new location Lomas and San Mateo Ne. I was so regretful I paid $25.00 for two breakfast burritos, a famous Chx sandwich and a brownie. The famous chicken sandwich was tasty but had way to much , I’m thinking it was tarter sauce? On it. And the brownie… I’m sorry… totally lagging. Needs help. In any case … $25 and change for four drive through menu items is wayyy to expensive for basic food ingredients. For that much money, they need to do much better! And for those reasons I’ll never go back. Unfortunately one bad experience will tell another and so on. Ughh feeling sick now.

We ordered two chicken chipotle burritos with chile on the side. We got a couple burritos filled with what looked like hog slop. The burrito had dangerous chicken bones in it - about an inch and a half long and like little knives. We also got a burrito we didn't order: ham, bacon and sausage and egg. We don't eat ham! The server seemed to hate us for ordering. We had a fifteen minute wait in the sun. She seemed to hate her job, and to hate us. We would NEVER go back - this was really BAD food and it smelled like it had gone bad too. This was at the Wyoming Claremont shop on Thursday June 23 at 3:l5 PM. Avoid this place - you could get food poisoning or worse, you could eat a chicken bone and end up at an E.R. for surgery. Dangerous.

We were in Albuquerque for a short get away. We had never heard of Stripes Burrito Co., so I read some reviews and we gave the Gibson store a visit for breakfast before we left to come home. I had the Meat Lovers Breakfast Burrito, and my wife had the Egg and Bacon. We were both very pleased with our choices. They are not skimpy on their portions of ingredients. Very fresh and tasty. The brownies are a real treat also! It was clean and a friendly staff. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in Albuquerque. One note: the sit in dining area is only open until 4pm, then it's drive thru only.

Love the burritos (#3 with green chili is my favorite one though) at all the location but this one is my favorite location because they carry the biscuits! I used to go to the biscuit co on Gibson, which sadly closed now, but I found that this one still carried the biscuits!! Coach B sandwich is my personal favorite and why I prefer going to this location. Great sausage gravy and I like the light sweet taste the biscuit has, both in which I usually am very picky about.

We have gone to this location multiple times. They are professional, courteous, and prompt. The food is always hot & delicious. The value is one of the best in town - and your purchase supports veterans, too. We will be back - again and again.

I don't love the food here. I'd rather just get breakfast from Einstein Bagels or Wecks. Idk not my cup of tea.

I was craving biscuits and gravy this morning, so I looked up restaurants in my area serving this dish. I pulled up to stripes on Sunday morning around 10:30 AM. I was greeted with a cheerful staff and was seated immediately. I received my meal in less than five minutes. The food was amazing. This restaurant really has there stuff together. I would absolutely recommend this business and will be a return customer for sure. The cherry on top is that they share 10% of their profits with the local VA hospital. It's a win-win for everybody. Don't miss this amazing restaurant, staff, food, and charitable concept.

I've never had a bad experience here. Staff is super friendly! Food is amazing! It's not expensive! And I love that they support the VA!I've gotten their carnitas burrito. HUGE burrito. I've gotten smothered in green chile. That had to be split in two meals.I've gotten their chicken strip combo. Their chicken is so good. It's never dry. And their green chile ranch is insanely good! But THE item I love getting is their chicken sandwich combo. It always looks delicious. It's what restaurants wish their chicken sandwiches would look like AND taste like. It's always a huge piece of chicken. And always juicy! And just recently I discovered they have green chile fries. So I get my fries smothered the last couple of times I've gone.
