The food here is amazing in the AM, as I always pick up my chicken sandwich. Today I tried it around the afternoon, and was disappointed. Very little to no sauce on my chicken sandwich. My wife's sandwich was very tuff when you bite into it. It was as if it was over cooked and then left in the heat lamp a little too long. The best time to get a fresh chicken sandwich is in the morning when they have to drop it fresh.

This was the worst experience I’ve had since I’ve been in Albuquerque buying food wise and not even tops Bob’s burger years ago. That was nothing but grease but you think for like $10 plus tax you would get a big box of chicken fingers with some fries no you get three little bit of chicken fingers, some soggy fries, and some kind of strange tasting dip, and if you mess up and get the green chili,cheese fries Then your day is really gonna be messed up because all they were were soaked in oil drowned, and it tasted like cheddar cheese, which made them twice. A very, very bad experience. I seriously may need to see it therapist after that. Just kidding on the therapist part

Went by to grab a bite and was very satisfied with the burrito. He was well made and hot with lots of flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Food was very salty (fries and barbacoa)Barbacoa tacos tasted odd, the meat was a bit bitter. Chicken sandwich was decent, chicken was rubbery, but dang those fries were salty. For the price, I would honestly just head over to a taco truck.

Told the guy at the drive through 5 times I want Barbacoa tacos and he still have me burritos now the manager wants me to bring back the food and waste my gas after they wasted my money on food I didn’t order plz help me make this make sense they want their own food back that they screwed up like huh!!! As a restaurant order you never take food back that’s disgusting

I generally don't review chain restos, but these guys make really, really good QSR burritos. And thank you very much for having Chicharrones available as an option. They're rather big, as well, and I can see some folks only being able to eat half of one and be satisfied, with a snack for later. We did the drive through, and it took a bit, but that just means my burrito was freshly made. Nice job, Stripes...

The food is good when it's consistent but my experience with the service is terrible. I order at least once a week for my department at work. At half the time something is missing from the order. Today they forgot a burrito and that was the last straw for everyone in our department. I went back got the burrito so my co-worker could have her lunch and after having to drive all the way back they got me my food but didn't offer any kind of refund or anything to make up for the mistake. I finally got back to work with my lunch break completely used up and my food cold and I've had enough. The Manaul location needs to train people to pay attention. Maybe other locations are better but the Manaul store is the only one I've experienced.
