The location CANNOT EVER get the order right! The workers need to actually read the order placed. A burrito restaurant should not be that difficult. Owners/managers need to do better.

The burritos were great this time though it’s been hit and miss in the past. I ordered the lunch carne adovada burrito with easy potatoes and they made it very well. The potatoes were not old or dried up and it was very good.

I was expecting a good bacon burrito. And what I was given was a hard over cooked burrito. Even my toddler said it was hard. I wasted $8 on a burrito that was not worth it. All I could taste was burnt bacon and hard potatoes.

First time in New Mexico and was excited, thought I had found a place to acquire a Q taco….in no way is this restaurant affiliated with Stripes (7-11) and the Laredo Taco Company. With that being said..would still stop by again as the food was awesome and they do sell breakfast tacos!!! Burritos??? Idk, call it what you want taco or burrito…to-may-to, tohmahtoh. TLDR…tortilla with breakfast fillings available at these locales.

This location needs management attention ASAP. Food its great just like all STRIPES but customer service its worse then awfull. They take forever to have food ready and suppose to be a fast food (drive thru) restaurant.
Seems like staff its always in a bad mood or not even wanting to be there.
Please address the issues.

Chicken stripes were good, but order was messed up and took 30 minutes. The store prioritizes drive through so we waited while drive up customers got chicken much faster. Service was rude. We had to ask for a refund before they provided our rider, which was wrong. Overated. In prior visits, burritos were way, way to salty to enjoy. Go to Blake's or Bob's instead.

I returned the order they made incorrectly & was not given a refund as requested. I ordered online, then drove through. At the window I was asked to pull up to the curb & wait for someone to walk out my order. I waited & waited as 6 cars behind me got their orders brought out to them. Finally I went inside where my order was sitting on the counter. When I got home I found my order was incorrect. I called & was told it couldn't be made as ordered because that would cost more. How does that make any sense for them to make the order as I had already ordered it & paid for it? They made it incorrectly. It shouldn't be an additional cost to make it the way it was already ordered & paid for. So I asked for a refund. I drove back to the store & returned the food. I was then told they couldn't refund it because it was ordered on a 3rd party app, & they couldn't refund it, it needed to be requested through the app. I showed her I couldn't log in to the website that STRIPES USES for their online orders. Oh well, The manager refused to remake the order correctly & refused to give me a refund. She said I'd just have to log in to the online ordering website & request a refund there. I returned home, was finally able to log into the website & there is no option to request a refund. So they delivered no refund & no food. Terrible customer service. Why would you use a 3rd party site where you are unable to refund your mistakes & also unable to follow directions without needing to charge extra than what was already charged on the 3rd party website.

I don’t know why none of the staff is able to properly listen. You order a burrito with no chili you get a burrito with red chili. You order a side of fries you get a side of chili. Like what the heck. Clean out your ears
