“I had given up on subway.. I moved to the East side and ordered at two different shops near the new apartment (Wyoming near Indian School)- app orders were wrong and/or my bread would be rock hard and crumble as I unrolled it. I checked the last time before I left so I wouldn't have trip drive back (or deal with it and just eat it) and again it was just awful... I gave up!
Moved again, near Wyoming and Paseo - just recently someone at work told me to give this location a try. I finally did -
THANK GOODNESS! Immediately, the atmosphere feels better, they even said hello in stead of continuing their personal side conversation.. I was already excited.
It was an app order so I gave my name and got my order and told them how they already won me over. The sandwiches were perfect when I got home. So, now I'm hooked!

“This subway is owned by Joe, and I'll tell you what. Best subway in town he said he owns two other ones. But this subway has never given me hard bread, expired or wilted product. It's always clean and the staff are always nice & fast.

“Best Subway sandwich ever!!I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired.They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter.As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done.Thank you Thank you both!“

“This subway is pretty good for a subway. The interior was bright and clean. We showed up around 6:30 PM in December. It was already dark outside and there was no one else in the store. We had no wait time. The ingredients all looked good, except the lettuce which was a little wilty. The server put a good amount of meat on the sandwich, more than average. I am surprised it wasn’t busier.“
“I went in today and wanted a snack and not a whole meal. I wanted the pretzel and now, Subway quit serving it. The staff was so sweet and kind and very friendly. “The sandwich artists today were extremely pleasant, helpful with my questions, and efficient at their jobs. The food is delicious as always! The store, however, is terribly hot, even compared to the 75 degree F day outside! It was said that the cost of turning on the air was keeping management/corporate from doing so. These employees are spending hours working in a very hot building and it seems dangerous to put employees in that situation. It's shameful as a company to insist on these conditions. To whomever made this decision, please do better.“
“I went to this location near West Mesa on 12/22/25 at 2pm, and I had a very positive experience! I got there right before the rush started. Even though it was slow, Jair wasn’t afraid to start a conversation and recommended me some things to try for next time. Michelle took my payment and asked me about my Christmas plans. “My first visit to the Subway at the San Pedro location reminded me of everything I used to love about Subway. The store was super clean, the bread fully stocked (can’t remember the last time I went to a Subway that had all of the bread choices available), the ingredients were stocked and my sandwich was made perfectly. The staff was so friendly, and engaging that for the first time in a long time, i ordered a drink, 3 cookies and I ate inside instead of back at my office. The experience was enormously different than what i have come to expect that it actually feels like I’m not at a Subway. If you know the area and you are familiars with the other Subways nearby, you probably know what I’m taking about.“

The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It's ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you've been there a few times. The woman behind the counter when I asked for her first name, she said she didn't have to providing me with that. So I'll I can't tell you her name, but I'm sure that you can look up on your schedule as to who was behind the counter. She was upset with me because I asked her to change her gloves after she had her hands in the money till and then decided that she was going to make another customer sandwich. The customer ahead of me asked for a toasted.Sandwich the young lady behind the counter was extremely Irate and was wanting to argue with the customer ahead of me about it.
She threw the sandwich in the trash
And proceeded to make the sandwich again
I hope that you look this up on your security camera. Her behavior, what's less then acceptable. She's definitely not Parisa nor was she even close to being a joseph. I have done nothing but praise this store and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I didn't not purchase a sandwich.I will not purchase a sandwich from somebody who does not practice good hygiene. I'd like a response for management. And if I don't get a response, I will be calling the health department when I get good customer service, I let you know. when I get bad customer service. I don't have time to review bad situations. But when I receive customer service like I received in your restaurant tonight. I'm googa, put it in a review everywhere I possibly can this service was unacceptable.
Okay where to start. I'm in the Juan Tabo location 2 or 3 times a week. I can't say a bad thing about anyone who works there but...
I really want to say, you have 2 sandwich artists on your staff that Go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND regular customer service. Parisa and Joseph are just incredibly. I have seen them in action when there are a dozen people in the restaurant and when its just me. I guess what I'm saying is they are consistent weather they are busy and under pressure or when it's slow, I walk into the store and am greated with a Hello and a big smile, and you don't see that from younger adults in the food services industry anymore. I have ownen a business working with the public and they treat me the way I would want my employees to treat my customers. I'm not sure if this particular store is a franchise or if it's corporate owned but either way, these two need to be recognized for their outstanding, customer service.“

“So I ordered via the app and still the workers could not get my order or instructions correct I mean really how hard is it to read a damn screen and make the customers order the way they want it HEY OWNER AND MGR CAN YOU ACTUALLY TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO READ AND USE THEIR BRAINS it's not rocket science it's making a damn sandwich. When a customer orders toasted then toast there sandwiches properly when they order light sauce then give them LIGHT sauce when the customer asks you to mark which sandwich is which then damnit mark the sandwiches.“
“There was just 1 young lady (Bailey I think) working when I came in for lunch on a Monday. As I ate my sandwich (which she made to perfection) I witnessed her speak kindly to everyone in line, work efficiently and never get flustered even though she was the only one there and it was busy. What a great example of customer service she displayed at a time when customer service is almost non-existent. Your restaurant owner should know what a great representative they have in this young lady. She was awesome!“
