Stood in line for 15 minutes while this lady ordered supplies. Never got to order nor was I told how long it would be. Left this dump and will never again stop here on my weekly travels up and down I-25. DO NOT STOP AT THIS SUBWAY OR THR ATTACHED GAS STATION.

The old lady is very disrespectful. I explained to her that I was really early for my order but I do not mind waiting. But she said she didn't get anything yet. I explained that it probably hasn't gone through yet since I am so early. But she kept getting ruder and ruder, saying that I ordered from the wrong place or I didn't pay yet. Even though I showed her a receipt that has the location and that I already paid proving me right. She kept being very disrespectful and after reading the rest of these reviews- it's not new behavior. She even goes on to say that she doesn't have to serve me if she doesn't want to. She needs to go training or even fired if she treats customers this poorly on a routine basis. You need to do better lady.

The lady working was rude to me and my family. The worker called me and my siblings “little boys”. She got mad at my little brother because he got a gift card causing her and my father to argue. She didn’t want to give us her name to report to the manager.

Try to order my food she couldn’t hear me. (The music she had was loud) I had to ask questions about the pizza and she continue making it but that’s not what I wanted and then my fiancé asked for the meatball sub and wanted to add things to it and she got upset. I guess I should start off by saying cleanest subway in the area... was pleased with that...

Lady seemed like she was really trying to be nice but it's like saying the words "hi how are you"... but really meaning "I hate you, wish you were not in my store"... just an unpleasant tone from the worker...she also kept reprimanding a training employee in front of me while making my sandwich...it was weird...I gave 3 stars cuz it was clean and food looked fresh...the environment and lady training might need to be retrained or maybe asked to be nicer and less rude...

This is actually the best Subway in Albuquerque and the surrounding area. Other locations in Albuquerque that I have been to do not compare. Everything is always fresh, they are never out of anything and the staff is always fast and pleasant. Other locations are always out of things and not as clean as this location. The sandwiches just taste better at this location. The seating area is okay; most people carry out so there is always seating. Always a great experience here. Won't go to any other location because this one has us spoiled with the great food and service. Thank you!

I just had the worst experience at this Subway that have ever had at any Subway in the world. The short Native American lady who was taking the orders and making the sandwiches was extremely, extremely unpleasant. Her attitude was so rude and dismissive it was unreal. She did not follow any of the instructions I requested while making my sandwich and when I brought it to her attention all she wanted to do was argue. I told her to cancel the order and I did not want to pay for the sandwich. She became more rude and belligerent. I pulled my credit card out of the payment device and left. I saw a picture from another customer who had the same experience with the same employee. I will never go into this Subway ever again. Also, just a side note, the cost for a sandwich at this Subway are twice as expensive as other Subways. On top of that they will charge you extra for items that other Subways do not charge you extra for. Extremely high prices, rude service and the cleanliness at this Subway is poor.

After paying over $18 for a 6-in sub and just a bag of chips this was what worse sandwich I've had from a subway I will probably never show up to this restaurant again. Very disappointing that a 6-in sandwich is exceeding even $15 . All American

We haven't had subway in probably 10 years.....in today's economy of restaurants being hard hit, we weren't expecting much. We were pleasantly suprised!! Counter and prep area was clean, food fresh, and service excellent!!!! Our subs were delicious......Unlike a recent and very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse, we will certainly be back for more subs!!
