This is the worst Subway in Abq!!! Not because of the serious homeless problem, not because the serious unsafe area, not even because of the druggies that surround the store. Because the service. Sophia the one person that works there ALWAYS has an attitude. Immediately once you walk up you are an inconvenience be cause she has to do her job….. She rolls her eyes, has an attitude and slams the food. I won’t ever go back to this store. Oh also the soda machine is constantly broken. That’s because the druggies/homless go in do what they want.

Bought a bunch of raspberry macadamia cookies my husband bit into cookie and thought he broke a tooth it was piece of metal there was another piece of metal in the cookie so I took a pictures I have the picture I dnt know how it could of got into cookies but this is dangerous. Especially if a foreign object being swallowed metal. .

Circus:The manager of the store who was at the front registers kept calling the Subway team who were in the back area of the store. Finally after several calls from him a fat blonde lady, Chrissy I believe, was mad at the world. She displayed an extremely bad attitude, dirty appearance, rolling her eyes, throwing things out of her hands, making loud remarks to customers who were waiting for service. Seeing this behavior we immediately left without hesitation. Her loud remark to us as we walked out the front doors was "Thank God".So glad we didn't order food from this place and NEVER will we return. Poor management, allows such destructive behaviors bitting customers, honestly this Subway doesn't exist to us anymore.

This is literally the best Subway location in Albuquerque despite being inside of the Love's truck stop.
What happened to Subway's toasted bread? They changed it when they changed their menu line up last year, and now it seems more like microwaved bread instead of toasted... Everything else is good.

Best Subway sandwich ever!!I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired.They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter.As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done.Thank you Thank you both!
