Very expensive and does not take coupons or gift cards. This is most likely because they are actually in the hospital and their rent has to be high. Food was great and fantastic help.

For a subway who is serving a hospital community, it’s a shame they double their prices. Expect to pay $12 or more for a 6in or $18 or more for a footlong. Drive a few blocks if you can for more reasonable prices.

Didn't purchase. Thay are currently not accepting coupons which is so unfeeling as they are in a HOSPITAL. Most people who are here would rather not be and most likely can't afford to pay $10 for a sandwich. And to not honor coupons is ??????? I don't know.
About a month ago I was w my daughter in the ER, so after being there all day we got Subway there at the UNM location. Two females we working that Friday. The older looking one was at the counter and was rude as HELL! She was making our sandwiches and kept making hissing noises n tossing the tongs back in containers. Yesterday, I went to pickup up a RX and we passed each other and it reminded me that I hadn't this review .

Lady didn’t have a name tag, had a line did not hesitate to hustle, online order placed 20 minutes prior to arrival turned into an hour wait…subway needs managers at this location to evaluate performance.

Your employees need help. Placed an order for 2 subs online, arrive 20 minutes later when it says order is ready and the order wasn't started. Employee tells me to come back in a little bit because she's helping *1 guy* that's come into the store with a walk up order. Takes another 15 minutes, I come back to get the subs and take them home but when we open them it looks like the condiments shat everywhere. Bad quality bad service waste of time.
