One of the females, claiming to be the manager, was very rude and aggressive. When I asked her to stop taking that tone with me, she angrily told me to leave. No one had ever talked to me like that in a restaurant. She had no manners whatsoever.

One female, claiming to be the manager, was very rude from the get-go. She was aggressive and talked angrily when I was giving the order. When I asked her to not take that tone with me, she said: “get out of here”. I did not say anything bad or rude to her, but she was aggressive and mad. No one had ever talked to me like that in a restaurant. I feel very bad because some people can trash others and get away with it.

Sheala was very rude and disrespectful for being a sandwich maker since I got in the store she was giving dirty looks and was not happy doing her job I couldn't get. More stuff on the sandwich cause in her opinion its going to get soggy?? I ask for a manager and all the workers just looked at each other!!! Will never go to this location again she made it so uncomfortable that I didn't want to eat there nor spend another cent there again

I was ordering from this location regularly as it’s close to my job and it was okay until today (12/01/25) I ordered online for a pick up so I didn’t see the sandwich I got until arriving back at work… i ordered a cold cut and the meat was rancid and rotten. Definitely won’t be going back!!

This is the fourth time we order through doordash and for some reason we keep getting our sandwiches done incorrectly all the time. I dont understand why and its frustrating. Its one simplw receipt to read l. how hard is it to read a receipt and follow the instructions???

Lady working there 10/29/25 11:20am seemed mad made the experience not so enjoyable just wanted to get out fast you can feel her energy a mile away. Poor customer service she seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Other days the other staff members are nice.

Shiela has an attitude problem they have no out of order signs for the bathrooms and I was trying to have my daughter use the restroom lady is beyond disrespectful telling me “girl bye, you can leave.” Very rude. Hope y'all can find better management because she ain’t it.

Shelia and Alani were amazing!!! This is our second time coming here and we specifically pases 2 others to come here because they were so hospitable and welcoming last time!! Clean and food is quality!! Will be coming back multiple times!!

went on 8/28 to pick up an online order , I walked in and employee was yelling harshly at someone over the phone , gave her the name for my order and she just tossed the food on the counter and went to help the next customer , without reading my ticket and realizing i had a drink , so i grabbed it on my own and she proceeded to ask if i had purchased a drink and aggressively asked for me to bring her my food back , when she saw i did have one , didn’t apologize or anything. When i got home my subs were basically all vegetables with little meat and were cold even though i asked for them toasted. Definitely will not be returning ever , such a poor way to run a business.
