I just had one order cancelled by a women named Sheila. They were out of Italian bread and my 10 year old daughter with autism is only eating whit bread so I asked how long it would take. The gentleman told me an hour. I said I would pick it up. When I came to pick it up later the gentleman that I talked to said a woman named Sheila didn't like how I talked to him so she told him to cancel my order. They can't tell me when I will be getting my money back and I had to order another sandwich for my daughter. Double charged and waited an hour because they were out of bread for their sandwiches. How incredibly unprofessional.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Awful customer interaction, especially with the "manager" Sheila. I'm taking my business to Jersey Mikes. I would rather pay more for a sub with better service. I ordered online. I got there to pick it up and was told they did not have it despite my CC being charged. So I had to pay again and was promised the first charge would go back to my card.

Got home to eat and the bread is rock hard and the pickles taste bad. Awful quality too.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The staff, especially Shaila, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated customers with disrespect and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear that there was unfair and negative treatment towards Hispanic customers, which was completely unacceptable. She kicked us out just for being hispanic‼️No one deserves to be treated that way, and it’s disappointing to see that kind of behavior in a place of business. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they address their staff’s attitude and commitment to treating all customers with respect.

The manager who is the only african american working there the worst. She is rude and refuses to give you more toppings if asked. She also tells you not to ask for certain toppings if they are not out because she doesnt want to go back and get it. The Native American guy who works there is very nice and I always make sure to tip him. He would be better working with a boss who appreciates their employees.

Kinda a horrible experience, got there around the time our sandwiches were supposed to be ready and saw they were busy. Figured dinner rush got to them and they needed more time, sure. I end up waiting in line and ask about my online order and was told it would be a minute. They proceed to make 2 other customers sandwiches. What's the point of making an online order if it gets pushed behind everything else?

To top it off both sandwich were still messed up.

Sheila needs a new job! Hands down the rudest employee they've ever hired. Soda machine was broken and when I told Sheila she shrugged her shoulders and said I guess we're out then. I asked for a refund of the drink to which her and another employee start fighting over. She calls Aaron and he told her how to do it but the dummy refunded everything. No big deal, but she then wanted to review the sandwich and I'm assuming make another as she is to dumb to realize I never left the store and wanted a drink. She starts huffing about how no on is answering her calls and got upset when I said I didn't need a refund of the sandwich but if she needed to charge again by all means do so. In her frustration she said I gave you a full refund now leave? I'm so confused? I went back for my tip as I left with no food and she had the balls to call me names and throw money at me? She's lucky she's old enough to be someone's great grandmother or someone's going to give her what she seems to be begging for from these comments

It's a bad place, I don't recommend going! We arrived to eat and there was a handwritten sign that was closed and it was just 7 pm, the employees saw us arrive and did not open the door, which in the schedules said that they work until 10 pm what a real lack of respect for the customer! And by the way, when one of the workers saw me take a picture when she saw that it was closed, she practically went out to fight and we had to leave very bad service so don't come and look for another restaurant

Did not get to pay for food.. the manager shelia was giveing additude.... and this location have poor management.... we where having problems and kicked me out bc apparently i had a additude when she qas then one to complain that i had no more then i have more then 10 dollor...she told me to get out of her store and told me to get a job when i have a job

Horrible service here, Black lady cashier very rude to me and other customers, Subway hiring just anyone without training for better customer service, subway is only up and running because of the coupons. All these Subways are losing my business I come in and get attitude from unhappy employees 😒 . Get treated as of not going to order not letting customers use restroom while waiting in line. If I wasn't gunna order I wouldn't have came here!! So mad left without really even wanting my sub.

I went in and I was ordering a foot long meatball on wheat. The lady proceeded to tell me that I will be charged for a #16! That sandwich is over $10. No other subway has ever done this. I am very upset. I left without anything!
