I honestly don't remember the cost of a foot long sub/combo costing $18 dollars.With that be said, the ice machine didn't work, All the fountain drinks were warm. The restaurant was filthy as every table was dirty. No napkins anywhere in sight had to ask for some behind the counter. No straws, no lids for the cups just pretty poor conditions overall.

I never leave reviews. But I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been in here a few times because it’s close to work, this location takes forever, employees are rude and seem high, I waited here for an hour (my whole lunch) today with only 3 people ahead of me. Do better.

Great food at a reasonable price. Friendly fast service. Very clean, including the restrooms. Directly across the street from the fast electric car chargers at Walmart. Papa Murphy's next door will not let customers use their restrooms, but subway does which was important to me after driving two hours to get to Albuquerque.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Had to quit my order halfway through. Picked out the meat & cheese, got it toasted. Moved over to the vegetables and the lettuce was brown. Both bins of lettuce were brown.Pointed it out and nobody moved to get fresh lettuce. I left at that point. It was gross. Been here several times prior. Not likely to go back

Check your cameras for the online app delivery order for Daiva V. On December 30th. You gave me the wrong order. You gave me 2 Half in subs when I ordered 2 Footlongs. I called the store multiple immediately after I received my order to report this but the phone kept ringing because no Subway employee answered. Refund my order.

The food was fine, but the service was terrible. There were 2 young men working the counter and both of them were extremely rude and unprofessional. The younger/skinnier native one with mid length hair was so rude to the elderly man in front of me. He couldn’t hear the elderly man and seemed very annoyed by this and spoke to him very disrespectfully. They weren’t rude to me but were to every other customer I saw them interact with.The icing on the cake was the loud gangster rap they were playing in the store. The “F” word was being blurted out every other word as well as other strong phrases that are very inappropriate for a family business such as Subway. They should’ve been ashamed of themselves for allowing that music to play while there were elders in there as well as children. They didn’t even bother to change the song when the words started being said either. Sad way to run a business if you ask me.

This restaurant gets a 5 star from me because of Jordan C. I went in just a few moments ago to pick up dinner for myself and hubby. This gentleman was alone and did not miss a beat. Most places goof off and 30 minutes later you are out of there. This young man made it perfect. I was in and out and was so happy I got a dozen cookies to go. I will be back. Went in today to grab lunch, no greeting no acknowledgment whatsoever. Kaylee was one of the workers, jeans with holes, and never once spoke to me. The other two workers had nothing but bad attitudes, one kept shaking her head and made the comment “I can’t do this”. Having been a subway field consultant for many years I was appalled and how bad the customer service was. Is this the new subway standard?

Instead of cashing me out young man looked at me, my sandwich that was done and wrapped up on the counter walked away and proceeded to make a Togo order. I asked if he could cash me out first as I was running late for an appointment he said you already paid. I said no the man in front of me had the same order and you just cashed him out after a few seconds what I said registered with him and he cashed me out then I asked if he could get a bag for my sandwich and he just laid a few on top of it and walked away.Dude????

I asked if he could cash me out first as I was running late for an appointment he said you already paid. I said no the man in front of me had the same order and you just cashed him out after a few seconds what I said registered with him and he cashed me out then I asked if he could get a bag for my sandwich and he just laid a few on top of it and walked away.Dude????
