I showed up at 7:51pm and they said they were closed even though the hours are until 8 and everything was put away. If hours say you’re open it should be open and i should be able to order. If you want to close earlier change the hours

So, I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted two one-foot long sandwiches of hearty multigrain. A few seconds later, she asked me if wanted Italian bread. No, hearty multigrain. She then took a piece of bread out of the warmer and asked how many sandwiches. I told her how many and then she cut the bread in half because she thought I wanted two half footers. 😳 No, no, no. I don't know if she doesn’t listen well or if she has trouble understanding.
The other woman asked me how many sandwiches. I said, Two one foot longs. The first woman's response to me: Don't do that!
I told her my order THREE TIMES! 🙄 Please pay better attention to the customer. She also popped the sandwiches out of the toaster before it was even done. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and was able to get out with my lunch before I started work.

Mind boggling that this lady who has been at this location a long time “Laura” still has a job. She’s so very rude to everyone it’s almost comical. You almost feel like you’re being Pranked, but she’s serious. Go see for yourself. Go around lunch time during the week. Wow!!!! I think the keep her around because she’s probably a no nonsense type of manager which could be a good thing in this city. I’m sure you all lose a good amount of business because of it though. (On the bright side the taller lady who made the sandwich was very nice and the sandwich was fresh and delicious) 2 stars Because the taller lady saved the experience and the food was good!!

The rudest management I've ever encountered at a Subway. Absolutely atrocious customer service and support. These poor employees, I can't believe that they're subjected to this for livelihood. I will not be eating at Subway for a very long time if ever again after this.

She did not understand me I guess. I asked for the spicy chicken nacho she's making a sandwich. So I asked its a nacho sandwich she looked at me n said no don't have nacho n still continued to make the sandwich didn't ask if I wanted the chicken sandwich cuz I didn't I wanted the chicken sandwich I wanted nacho. So she putting it in toast but before that she put onion n green bell peppers n put it in the toaster she didn't ask how I wanted my sandwich... It's was around 1that I went to Wyoming's location on 8/07/2025 .

The sandwich artists today were extremely pleasant, helpful with my questions, and efficient at their jobs. The food is delicious as always! The store, however, is terribly hot, even compared to the 75 degree F day outside! It was said that the cost of turning on the air was keeping management/corporate from doing so. These employees are spending hours working in a very hot building and it seems dangerous to put employees in that situation. It's shameful as a company to insist on these conditions. To whomever made this decision, please do better.

I went in at 9:10 in the evening and Google says that you're open until 9:30 and the gentleman says that they are closed and as soon as I left the premises they turned off the lights and walked out of the building. I'm not sure if they closed early. Pat, when a business is advertised as open, I believe they should stay open until the close time.

I ordered delivery from their app. The driver drove around for and hour and then just marked it delivered. I never got my order over $50 of food. The stores phone number is wrong in the app and online. I had to drive down there. No management was there so i had to go again the next day. They said NOT THEIR PROBLEM, call door dash who they hired to deliver. I didnt order through doordash i ordered on subway. Door dash tells me they refunded the store mu money but store refuses to refund me back my money! Owner says oh doordash has to do it. Doordash cant i didnt pay them so they dont know my card #. Absolutely worst experience with subway ever just stealing customers money !!!
